摘要: Techniques are described for using an inter-intra-prediction block. A video coder may generate a first prediction block according to an intra-prediction mode and generate a second prediction block according to an inter-prediction mode. The video coder may weighted combine, such as based on the intra-prediction mode, the two prediction blocks to generate an inter-intra-prediction block (e.g., final prediction block). In some examples, an inter-intra candidate is identified in a list of candidate motion vector predictors, and an inter-intra-prediction block is used based on identification of the inter-intra candidate in the list of candidate motion vector predictors.

摘要: A method for decoding an image signal according to the present invention may comprise the steps of: determining whether there is a brightness change between a current image including a current block and a reference image of the current image; if it is determined that there is a brightness change between the current image and the reference image, determining weight prediction parameter candidates for the current block; determining a weight prediction parameter for the current block on the basis of index information which specifies any one of the weight prediction parameter candidates; and performing a prediction on the current block on the basis of the weight prediction parameter.

摘要: A method, apparatus, electronic device, and computer-readable storage medium for video processing. The video processing method comprises encoding an original video sequence into network model parameters of an implicit neural network model, and iteratively optimizing the network model parameters based on the original video sequence until a predetermined requirement is met. The video processing improves rate-distortion performance, optimizes storage space and transmission bandwidth, overcomes the limitations of existing methods that can only utilize adjacent frames or limited frame information to remove inter-frame redundancy, breaks through the bottleneck of existing video compression algorithms, enhances video compression efficiency, and reduces bit rate.

The previous previous frame includes a reference frame of a previous reference frame. The one or more processors are configured to code the one or more points based on a determination of whether the previous previous frame can be used for inter prediction for the one or more points.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an image encoding/decoding method and apparatus. The image decoding method includes deriving an intra prediction value by performing intra prediction with respect to a current block, deriving an inter prediction value by performing inter prediction with respect to the current block, deriving a combined inter intra prediction (CIIP) value by weighting the intra prediction value and the inter prediction value, and generating a reconstructed block of the current block using the CIIP value. The intra prediction is performed in a Planar mode.

The method includes generating an inter prediction block by performing inter prediction with respect to a current block, generating an intra prediction block by performing intra prediction with respect to the current block, determining a first weight and a second weight, and generating a final prediction block by respectively applying the first weight and the second weight to the inter prediction block and the intra prediction block. The generating of the intra prediction block includes generating the intra prediction block using a predefined intra prediction mode.
