摘要： A method and system for generating and distributing collaborative content of communication sessions are disclosed. In some embodiments, the method includes initiating a communication session in response to a request from a first user, the communication session associated with a set of audience including a second user. The method includes positioning the second user on a virtual stage of the communication session. The method includes enabling the first user and the second user to co-host the communication session based on detecting and recording both the first user's activities and the second user's activities while the communication session is progressing. The method then includes receiving user interactions between the first user, the second user, and other audience in the set. The method further includes generating content of the communication session to include the recorded activities and received user interactions.

According to one embodiment, a web service receives from a widget executing within a web page requested by a wireless computing device of multiple wireless computing devices operating within an enterprise, a unique identifier of the wireless computing device. An access point (AP) identifier is determined for an AP of multiple APs of the enterprise that is servicing the wireless computing device by querying a log database with the unique identifier. AP specific content is displayed within the web page as a result of the web service retrieving the AP specific content from a content database based on the AP identifier and returning the AP specific content to the widget.

摘要： A system is provided that receives a request based on a detection of at least one of digital fingerprints and digital watermarks in media content. The system searches for one of fingerprint information or watermark information in a registry for the at least one of the digital watermarks or the digital fingerprints in the media content, based on analysis of at least one of a context, a user preference, or a defined goal of different segments in programming media content and non-programming media content of the media content. The fingerprint information or the watermark information enables the first processor to keep track of a user engagement with the media content. The fingerprint information or the watermark information is transmitted to a client device. Delivery of a service is enabled by a second processor of the client device via a fulfilment server to perform an action on the non-programming media content.

In this regard, when users elect not to consume the assets associated with the programming, the asset provider loses the opportunity to present their assets to such non-consuming users and is thereby injured in relation to the price they have paid for the delivery of their assets. In one arrangement, a reporting module at a customer device is operative to identify when a user skips an asset and report that skip event to the network. This information may then be utilized to adjust the bill of the asset provider and/or to bill the user associated with the skip event.

An example method can comprise a first device receiving first content via a non-packetized network from a content provider, wherein the first content comprises one or more trigger elements. A user of the first device can select one or more trigger elements in the first content and a trigger signal can be transmitted from the first device to a linking system. The linking system can receive a request for information from a second device. The linking system can associate the request for information with the trigger signal and transmit a request for second content to the content provider, wherein the second content relates to one or more trigger elements of the first content. Upon receiving the request for second content, the content provider can transmit the second content to the second device via a packetized network.

The client device receives a response for occurrence of an event opportunity point from the media presentation and distribution system based on a selection criteria for the event opportunity point. A display view of the client device is modified, and a non-programming media asset is presented from a second media stream for a defined duration and different version of the programming media content in first partition, concurrently with the programming media content over second partition. The different version of the programming media content corresponds to the programming media content encoded based on a region within the modified display view allocated to the first partition. The presentation is based on user preference for specific item in the programming media content and user selection of the non-programming media asset displayed in past engagement.

摘要： A media system replaces content in a first sequence of media content. The media system presents the first sequence of media content to an end-user and generates a fingerprint of the sequence of media content. The fingerprint is for comparison with a plurality of reference fingerprints so as to identify the first sequence of media content and determine a reference position within the first sequence of media content. The media system sends a request for a replacement sequence of content to a content replacement system, and receives replacement media content selected based on the identified first sequence of media content. The media system presents the replacement media content to the end-user instead of the first sequence of media content. Presenting the replacement media content begins at a position in the first sequence of media content that is determined based on the reference position.
