    摘要: A MEMS sensor including an electrode plate, a diaphragm structure, a support structure, and a pressure relief film. The electrode plate has a conductive portion. The diaphragm structure is disposed at a side of the electrode plate with an interval, and has a sensing film. The support structure is disposed between the diaphragm structure and the electrode plate, and surrounds an electrical coupling zone and a gas flow zone. The support structure includes an inner wall and an outer wall. An outer edge of the gas flow zone is surrounded by the inner wall. An outer edge of the electrical coupling zone is surrounded by the outer wall. The pressure relief film covers the gas flow zone.

In a measurement system including an ear model, which is provided with an artificial auricle and an artificial external ear canal, and an air-conducted sound gauge that measures air-conducted sound in the artificial external ear canal, while an acoustic device is contacted to the ear model of the measurement system, the acoustic device including a vibrating body and transmitting sound to a user by contacting the vibrating body to a human auricle, the measurement system measures, with the air-conducted sound gauge, air-conducted sound generated by the acoustic device and presents the result of measurement together with a characteristic corresponding to when the user wears the acoustic device.

    摘要: A cylindrical member holding apparatus which is flexible in an axial direction of a cylindrical member and resists being deformed in directions perpendicular to the axial direction of the cylindrical member. A plurality of elastically-deformable supporting portions are disposed on respective opposite sides of the cylindrical member held by a holder portion in a direction of an axis of the cylindrical member and connect a base portion and the holder portion together. The supporting portions have such a shape as to be more easily elastically deformed in a first direction than in a second and third direction. The first direction is the axial direction of the cylindrical member, the second direction is a direction that is perpendicular to the first direction and connects the holder portion and the base portion together, and the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction and also perpendicular to the second direction.
