    摘要: A wireless access node serves a wireless User Equipment (UE) over radio frequency bands that comprise layers. The layers comprise parallel signals that share individual resource blocks in the radio frequency bands. In the wireless access node, radio circuitry wirelessly receives information from the wireless UE that indicates received signal strengths for the radio frequency bands. In the wireless access node, processing circuitry determines layer amounts for the radio frequency bands. The processing circuitry selects one of the radio frequency bands that has an adequate one of the received signal strengths and a higher one of the layer amounts. The radio circuitry wirelessly exchanges user data with the wireless UE over the selected one of the radio frequency bands to serve the wireless UE.

    摘要: Provided are systems and methods for performing dynamic spectrum allocation and state shifting in order to provide high quality stateful services to user equipment (“UE”) that access the stateful services from different network locations. The dynamic spectrum allocation and state shifting may include tracking mobility of a UE accessing a stateful service using a first allocation of spectrum from a first Radio Access Network (“RAN”), predicting continued stateful service access via a second RAN, determining latency requirements of the stateful service, selecting a second allocation of spectrum at the second RAN with a frequency range that provides a first amount of latency, transferring the stateful service state to a Multi-Access Edge Computing (“MEC”) location that provides a second amount of latency for services accessed via the second RAN such that the first and second amounts of latency satisfy the performance requirements of the stateful service.

For instance, a system can comprise a processor and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising: determining, for a user equipment determined to be within a defined coverage area, a signal to interference and noise ratio, based on the signal to interference and noise ratio, determining a spectral efficiency value corresponding to the user equipment, based on the spectral efficiency value and a total available bandwidth of a network via which the defined coverage area is enabled, determining an available throughput corresponding to the user equipment, and in response to a determination that the available throughput exceeds a threshold throughput, designating the user equipment, in a data store, as being covered within the defined coverage area by the total available bandwidth of the network.

    摘要: A management electronic device includes a processing circuit configured to: obtain a spectrum in an N-th round of spectrum trading and acquire the interference received by the management electronic device when an electronic device uses the traded spectrum; receive the interference received by another electronic device as determined by another electronic device related to spectrum trading; determine competition rights parameters of the management electronic device and the other electronic device, respectively, the competition rights parameters representing the credibility of the electronic devices and the magnitude of competitiveness when competing for management rights in an N+1-th round of spectrum trading; and select a new management electronic device on the basis of at least one among the interference and the competition rights parameters, the new management electronic device having management rights in the N+1-th round of spectrum trading, instead of the management electronic device having management rights.
