Abstract: System and methods for repository function address blocking are described herein. A repository function in a wireless communications network may provide function addresses to requesting functions and may receive requests from such functions to block addresses that are unreachable by the requesting function. The repository function may store data indicating the blocked addresses and corresponding requesting function and filter those addresses from responses generated for address requests received from the corresponding requesting function. Function may also request addresses be unblocked after determining that connectivity to such addresses has been restored.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for unmanned aerial vehicle authorization and geofence envelope determination. One of the methods includes determining, by an electronic system in an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), an estimated fuel remaining in the UAV. An estimated fuel consumption of the UAV is determined. Estimated information associated with wind affecting the UAV is determined using information obtained from sensors included in the UAV. Estimated flights times remaining for a current path, and one or more alternative flight paths, are determined using the determined estimated fuel remaining, determined estimated fuel consumption, determined information associated wind, and information describing each flight path. In response to the electronic system determining that the estimated fuel remaining, after completion of the current flight path, would be below a first threshold, an alternative flight path is selected.

Abstract: A system and method of managing network resources is provided, in which a noise threshold for an access node is set, the access node including a first plurality of resource blocks corresponding to communication in a first communication mode and a second plurality of resource blocks corresponding to communication in either of the first communication mode or a second communication mode; a noise parameter for the second plurality of resource blocks is monitored; the noise parameter is compared to the noise threshold; and in response to a determination that the noise parameter exceeds the noise threshold, access to the second plurality of resource blocks for communication in the first communication mode is restricted.

The UE may compute that a signal metric associated with the frequency and the barred cell satisfies a quality threshold. Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The method may be performed by a UE. In certain configurations, the UE maintains a closed access group (CAG) information list including an entry. The UE supports enhanced CAG information. The entry includes an allowed CAG list associated with a current public land mobile network (PLMN). The allowed CAG list includes one or more CAG IDs. The UE accesses the current PLMN via a current CAG cell with a CAG ID. The CAG ID is determined as being authorized based on the allowed CAG list associated with the current PLMN. In response to a first event, the UE performs one or more of actions, including: aborting an ongoing UE-initiated 5GMM procedure if the ongoing UE-initiated 5GMM procedure exists, and locally releasing a non-access stratum (NAS) signaling connection if the NAS signaling connection exists.

Abstract: A client station receives a first data unit from an access point (AP) of a wireless local area network (WLAN). The first data unit includes a first WLAN management frame having an indication that the AP is operating in a plurality of frequency segments. The first WLAN management frame includes respective MAC addresses utilized by the AP for operation in the respective frequency segments. Responsive to receiving the first WLAN management frame, the client station generates a second WLAN management frame. The second WLAN management frame includes, for each of multiple frequency segments among the plurality of frequency segments, respective operation information indicating respective operation parameters of the client station for the respective frequency segment. The client station transmits a second data unit having the second WLAN management frame in connection with establishing communication with the AP using the multiple frequency segments.
