Abstract: A method of communicating data between a radio network infrastructure and a terminal device in a wireless telecommunications network. The method comprises establishing at a radio network infrastructure element there is data available for communication between the radio network infrastructure and the terminal device and transmitting a paging message for the terminal device from the radio network infrastructure element. The paging message comprises an indication of an identifier for the terminal device and an indication of a network allocated resource for use in subsequently communicating the data between the radio network infrastructure element and the terminal device. In response to receiving the paging message the terminal device transmits to the radio network infrastructure element a paging response indicating the terminal device received the paging message, after which the data is communicated between the radio network infrastructure element and the terminal device using the network allocated resource.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for camouflaging user data. A user device (e.g., a mobile device, a computing device, an Internet-of-Things (IoT) device, a profile manager configured with a device, etc.) may identify a first data pattern for a first device at a first location and a second data pattern for a second device at a second location. The first data pattern may be modified to indicate an identifier of the second device and an identifier of the second location. A request from the first device for content from a content source may be modified to indicate an identifier of a third device, an identifier of a third location, and/or the like. A data stream may be output that includes the modified first data pattern and the modified request for the content.

The data received in the previous slot may be decoded, for example, using detected preemptive multiplexing information. The preemptive multiplexing information may be of a current slot. The preemptive multiplexing information may be comprised in a first DCI. A second search space of the current slot may be searched. For example, the second search space may be searched for a second DCI. The first DCI and the second DCI may be different.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application describe a communication method, a first station (STA), a second STA, and an access point (AP). One example method includes: setting, by a first station (STA), a basic service set (BSS) color to be used by a second STA in a device-to-device (D2D) transmission with the first STA, wherein the first STA sets the BSS color to be a first color that is preconfigured for D2D transmission, wherein the first color is different from a second color allocated by an access point (AP) associated with the first STA for transmission with the AP, and wherein the first color is used for D2D transmissions between the first STA and other STAs in addition to the first color being used for D2D transmission between the first STA and the second STA; generating, by the first STA, a data frame that comprises the BSS color that is the first color; and sending, by the first STA, the data frame to the second STA in the D2D transmission.
