摘要: Methods and techniques are described for enhancing positioning related protocols in order to indicate when one location session is different from another location session. One or more messages provided in a location session by a location server to a user equipment (UE) may include a session indication, such as a session identifier (ID), where a different session ID is provided for each location session. The session indication may be a new session indicator provided in an initial message in a location session or an end session indicator provided in a final message in a location session. An extra message may be sent by the location server indicating that the location session has ended. A correlation ID provided by a network entity to the location server may be included in messages as the session indication, e.g., where a different correlation ID is provided for each location session.

摘要: Systems, methods and computer software are disclosed for providing Multipath Transmission Control Protocol (MPTCP) with mesh access. A multi Radio Access Technology (RAT) base station gateway having a MPTCP proxy, proxies an initial MPTCP connection from a User Equipment (UE). The multi-RAT base station gateway determines if the UE is capable of MPTCP to provide MPTCP. When the UE is capable of MPTCP, then the multi-Rat base station provides a Wi-Fi connection and an LTE connection. When the UE is not capable of MPTCP, then the multi-RAT base station provides an LTE connection.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to distributing processing capabilities throughout different nodes in a wireless mesh network. Methods and apparatus consistent with the present disclosure increase the efficiency of communications in a wireless mesh network because they help minimize the need to forward communications to other nodes in the wireless mesh network such that an evaluation can be performed. Apparatus and methods consistent with the present disclosure may distribute ratings or verdicts associated with previous requests to access data to different nodes in a wireless mesh network without generating additional wireless communications through the wireless mesh network. Apparatus and methods consistent with the present disclosure distribute content ratings to different nodes in a wireless network such that different wireless nodes may block redundant requests to undesired content without increasing messaging traffic.

摘要: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: at least one processor and at least one communication processor. The at least one processor may be configured to: obtain a user equipment (UE) route selection policy (URSP) rule including a first traffic descriptor including a first IP address and a first route selection descriptor corresponding to the first traffic descriptor and request the at least one communication processor to establish a first PDU session corresponding to the first route selection descriptor. The at least one communication processor may be configured to: establish the first PDU session corresponding to the first route selection descriptor in response to the request to establish the first PDU session. A first network interface corresponding to the first PDU session may be established between the at least one communication processor and the at least one processor. The at least one processor may be configured to identify transmission data from an application executed by the at least one processor, request the at least one communication processor to transmit a first transmission packet including a first source IP address corresponding to the first network interface and the transmission data, through the first network interface, based on a destination IP address corresponding to the transmission data corresponding to the first IP address, and request the at least one communication processor to transmit a second transmission packet including a second source IP address corresponding to a second network interface, different from the first network interface, and the transmission data, through the second network interface, based on the destination IP address corresponding to the transmission data not corresponding to the first IP address.

摘要: Methods, systems, media devices, and non-transitory, machine-readable media to facilitate asynchronous wireless media transfer are disclosed. A request for video service from a content provider system via a wireless network may be received. A media device may be configured to provide an asynchronous session for subsequent video content transfer. The configuring may utilize a network layer and a transport layer without utilizing a presentation layer and an application layer. Specifications of asynchronous session parameters may be created to define delivery operations with the asynchronous session. An encrypted token, corresponding to the specifications, may be created. Opening of the asynchronous session may be requested by transmitting the encrypted token to the content provider system from the transport layer. At the session layer, the asynchronous session may be started for video content delivery in accordance with the specifications of the asynchronous session parameters. Display of the video content may be caused.

摘要: An electronic device in a network capable of enhancing transmission efficiency of other electronic devices in the network is provided. The electronic device includes a network interface, a non-transitory memory having instructions stored thereon, and a hardware processor. The hardware processor is configured to execute the instructions to request transmission of data from another electronic device in the wireless network. Moreover, the hardware processor is configured to execute the instructions to receive, using the network interface, the data from the other electronic device using a first protocol, and determine a condition of a transmission delay of the data. In response to determining the condition of the transmission delay, an instruction is transmitted to the other electronic device to retransmit the data using a second protocol. The data is received from the other electronic device using the second protocol.
