    摘要: Provided is a rotary tillage, sowing, ditching and pressing compound operation machine, including a fertilization and sowing device (2), an intermediate rotary tillage and ditching device (4), a frame (1), a liftable ditcher (3), and a multi-stage press wheel device (5). The multi-stage press wheel device (5) includes a front press wheel (51) and a rear press wheel (52). The front press wheel (51) includes a front press roller shaft (511), front press rollers (512), and connecting rods (514). The rear press wheel (52) includes a connecting plate (521), a rear press roller shaft (523), and a rear press roller (524). A first end of the connecting plate (521) is connected to the rear press roller shaft (523) by a support, and the connecting plate (521) is connected to the frame (1) in a manner of a sliding pair. The rear press roller (524) is mounted on the rear press roller shaft (523) in a manner of a revolving pair, and the rear press roller (524) is located behind the liftable ditcher (3). A second end of the connecting plate (521) is connected to the liftable ditcher (3) to achieve switching of operation states of the liftable ditcher (3) and the rear press wheel (52). The rotary tillage, sowing, ditching and pressing compound operation machine can perform compound operation in a full-operation width, with more excellent operation quality.

    摘要: A harrow has a frame, tines pivotal on the frame and each a lower arm with a soil surface under the harrow. An actuator on the frame can shift a bar frame shiftable horizontally on the frame. Respective spring biasing units above the axes each have a guide element connected to the bar frame and displaceable therewith through a predetermined displacement path, a connecting element connected to respective upper arms of the tines, a first compression spring bearing on both of the elements and biasing the other element away from the one element so as to press the lower arm downward into the soil surface during movement of the respective guide element through the path, and a second compression spring bearing continuously on one of the elements and engageable with the other of the elements after displacement of the respective spring-biasing unit only through a part of the path.

A plurality of hydraulic cylinders are coupled to the support members for urging the support members downwardly toward the soil. A plurality of controllable pressure control valves are coupled to the hydraulic cylinders for controlling the pressure of hydraulic fluid supplied to the cylinders. A plurality of sensors produce electrical signals corresponding to predetermined conditions, and a controller is coupled to the sensor and the controllable pressure control valves. The controller receives the electrical signals from the sensors and produces control signals for controlling the pressure control valves.

    摘要: Agricultural machines and implements have a need to adapt to changing environments. A closing system for an agricultural machine has a need to adapt to changing ground surface. The closing system includes a closing device pivotably connected to the agricultural machine, a passive mechanical element that is operable to apply an initial amount force to the closing device, and an actuator that is operable to apply an actuator force to the passive mechanical element to increase the amount of force that the passive mechanical element applies to the closing device. The actuator can be a linear actuator having an adjustable stroke length to vary the amount of actuator force applied to the passive mechanical element. The passive mechanical element is operable to absorb a shock force as the closing device traverses a ground surface. The passive mechanical element includes one or more springs adjacent the actuator.

The system may further include at least one sensor configured to generate data indicative of a load on at least one component of the ground-engaging system, and a controller configured to determine a remaining fatigue life of the shear pin based at least in part on the data indicative of the load on the at least one component of the ground-engaging system.
