摘要: A method for the operation of a combine harvester includes processing a harvested material flow by at least one axial separator and ejecting a residual material flow formed in this way from the combine harvester by at least two ejection devices. The axial separator is formed by a movable vane element by means of which the residual material flow exiting from the axial separator is distributed on a work member downstream of the axial separator. In order to further improve the distribution of the residual material flow on the field, an actual distribution of the residual material flow on the two ejection devices is detected, wherein, when a deviation of the actual distribution from a predetermined reference distribution is detected, the vane element is readjusted so that the actual distribution is at least approximated to the reference distribution.

摘要: A combine harvester including a frame and two axial-flow crop processing rotors mounted to the frame. An inner support structure is located between the two rotors and is mounted to the frame by a first linkage. Two outer support structures are located outboard of the two rotors and are mounted to the frame by respective second and third linkages. The inner support structure and two outer support structures carry first and second pluralities of concave grate segments at a radial distance from the respective rotors. A concave adjustment system includes a first actuator coupled to the first linkage which is configured to raise and lower the inner support structure. A second actuator is coupled to one of the second and third linkages and is configured to raise and lower at least one of the two outer support structures.

摘要: A self-propelling combine and a method for operating a self-propelling combine are disclosed. The combine includes an axial spreader, which generates a residual flow of material and supplies the residual flow of material to a downstream distribution device that discharges the residual flow of material from the combine. The axial separator in the end-side material delivery region has at least one guide element that may be moved by an actuator, thereby affecting a distribution of the exiting residual flow of material over the supply width of the distribution device. The distribution of the residual flow of material is detected by at least one sensor unit, and when a deviation from a target distribution is detected, the guide element is adjusted. A control device receives and uses a signal representing a side wind used to automatically adjust of the at least one guide element.

摘要: A longitudinal axial flow drum structure having an adjustable threshing diameter includes a threshing drum, a transmission mechanism, a diameter regulating mechanism and a regulating steel wire pulling mechanism. The transmission mechanism delivers power to regulating devices of the diameter regulating mechanism. The diameter regulating mechanism is connected with the transmission mechanism and the threshing drum to enable threshing diameter regulation. The transmission mechanism and the diameter regulating mechanism are installed inside a feeding cylinder of the threshing drum. The threshing diameter is regulated in real-time and stepless manner by adjusting the regulating steel wire pulling mechanism to pull a regulating steel wire in the transmission mechanism.

摘要: A threshing system for use in an agricultural harvester. The threshing system includes a rotor and a perforated concave system. The rotor has a rotational axis. The perforated concave system is spaced radially outwardly from the rotor for passage of grain through perforations as the rotor moves crop material across the concave system. The concave system has at least one concave section having a rigid frame, pivotal members, and an arcuate movable member. The rigid frame has a plurality of sides rigidly coupled together. The pivotal members are pivotally coupled and extend to two of the sides of the rigid frame. The arcuate movable member interacts with the plurality of pivotal members to pivot each of the pivotal members as the arcuate movable member is moved along a segment of an arc generally about the rotational axis.

摘要: A combine harvester is provided with a conveyance system for transporting crop material discharged by overhead grain separating apparatus to a grain cleaning shoe. The conveyance system comprises a series of oscillating pans which move the grain in a generally longitudinal direction. A return pan conveys the collected material forwardly to a front discharge edge from where the material falls onto a stratification pan below. The stratification pan conveys the collected material rearwardly to a rear discharge edge from where the material falls into the grain cleaning shoe. At least one of the return pan and the stratification pan is non-rectangular and has a non-transverse discharge edge.

摘要: The present invention comprises a removable cover plate assembly, which may be quickly attached, detached and adjusted to the exterior of a concave grate of a combine harvester in order to adjust the flow characteristics of the concave or separator grate assemblies. The cover plate assembly improves the threshing capability of the rasp bar threshing cylinder while simultaneously capturing additional threshed grain. Moreover, the cover plate assembly of the present invention enables a single set of concave grate assemblies to better harvest a wider variety of crop types.
