    摘要: A pet breeding tool includes a roller, an optical sensor and an operation processor. The roller is adapted to rotate relative to an axle direction. The optical sensor is adapted to emit a detection beam toward the roller and receive a reflection beam from the roller. The operation processor is electrically connected to the optical sensor. The operation processor is adapted to analyze the reflection beam for acquiring rotation data of the roller, and further transform random variation of the rotation data into behavior of the roller for immediately adjusting output information relevant to the foresaid behavior.

    摘要: An automatic animal feeder has two bowls and a base unit which accepts the bowls. Two lids are provided, one for each bowl, which may be closed to cover the bowl and prevent access to it or opened about a hinge means to allow access to the bowl. A lid control mechanism is capable of keeping either lid closed independently or opening either lid independently. A removable joining member is provided that links the two lids so that one lid cannot open unless the other lid can also open.

    摘要: A material flow assist mechanism for a feed hopper using a vertically aligned rotating auger includes a frame, the frame having a pair of spaced apart first and second telescoping arms attached to frame, and a connector to link a shaft of a motor to the auger for auger and material flow assist mechanism rotation. Each of first and second telescoping arms have an elongated member mounted to a plate-containing end portion of each respective first and second telescoping arms. Rotation of the material flow assist mechanism by the motor rotates the first and second elongated members for material dispensing out a hopper. Dispensing of the material from the hopper results in extension of portions of the first and second telescoping arms such that the elongated members and plate travel with a top portion of the material as the top portion of the material in the hopper descends during dispensing.

In practice, a feed and control system might include a memory that maintains a feeding schedule, which may include a first feed setting with a start time that is related to a sunrise time for a given location and a feeding duration time. The system may also include a switch that is configured to close a connection between a power source and a motor at the start time. In practice, the switch may remain closed for an amount of time that is the same or nearly the same as the feeding duration time. The memory and the switch may be located within an enclose at least partially defined by a housing component of the system. In operation, the switch may be electrically connected to the motor and the power source even though the motor and the power source may be located outside the enclosure at least partially defined by the housing component.
