摘要： A computing device receives a request to render an optimized display of selected objects on a user interface. The computing device analyzes a layout associated with the selected objects by determining a category of each of the selected objects, a location of each category within the location, and an optimized route between each category. The computing device analyzes routes to the locations by determining least optimal times associated with each location, a time to arrive and complete the optimized route at each location, and an order to the locations to optimize arrival time at a time other than the least optimal times. The computing device renders an optimized display of the selected objects on the user interface with an optimized route to each location and an optimized display of the selected objects in an order corresponding the the optimized routes between each category within the location layouts.

摘要： A modular cooking apparatus includes a first interchangeable cooking module containing an impingement oven, a second interchangeable cooking module containing a hot air oven with built-in magnetron, and a single power connection for receiving three-phase electrical power. Each oven has a base load and a boost load. A first multiplexor is configured to direct electrical power from a first phase pair of the three-phase electrical power to either the base load or the boost load of the first oven. A second multiplexor is configured to direct electrical power from the first phase pair to the boost load of the first oven or to the boost load of the second oven. The modular cooking apparatus is configured such that either the first multiplexor or the second multiplexor can direct electrical power from the first phase pair to the boost load of the first oven.

摘要： Conveyor ovens for cooking food according to various embodiments include variable speed fans to deliver air from a plenum into at least two lower cooking zones below a conveyor of the oven, and at least one variable speed fan to deliver air from the plenum into one or more upper cooking zones above the conveyor, wherein a controller operates the fans delivering air into the lower cooking zones independently of each other and independently of the other fan. The fans can be controlled so that air delivered to a bottom side of the conveyor has a speed that is different in the different lower cooking zones and/or is different than air delivered to the top side of the conveyor. In some cases, the speed of the fans is predetermined and set in accordance with the type of food to be cooked.

Using a predetermined cooking algorithm, a temperature of the oven cavity is adjusted in a plurality of temperature and/or time regulated cooking stages. An initial pre-heat stage targets a first target temperature including a user-selected oven cavity temperature plus a first offset. A subsequent post-heat stage targets a second target temperature including the user-selected temperature plus a second offset different from the first offset. Two or more heating elements and a fan are operated during the post-heat stage according to a duty cycle controlled via a hysteresis temperature control algorithm or a PID temperature control algorithm.

摘要： Provided is a cooking appliance having an improved structure in which superheated steam is capable of being used during a cooking operation. The convection heater heats steam discharged from the steam generator, and the steam discharged from the steam generator, in a superheated steam state, is sprayed into the heating chamber and supplied into the cooking compartment.
