摘要： A hair enhancing accessory is used during formation of a hairstyle such as a ponytail or a bun. The hair enhancing has a base rim which is placed next to or near the head and a body which adds volume to a chosen hairstyle, allowing hair to be positioned around the body. The body is separated into a lower body section and an upper body section. The lower body section and upper body section can combine to form a cylindrical lateral surface, a tapered lateral surface, or even two oppositely tapered surfaces that meet at a midsection. Potentially, a secondary lip can be incorporated adjacent to the upper body section. A hair retaining addition such as a hair band is used to secure hair around the body, and is prevented from sliding by the base rim, the secondary rim, the tapered body sections, or a combination thereof.

摘要： A hair styling tool capable of creating an appearance of thicker hair generally includes a padding means and a braiding means located below the padding means. The padding means includes a frame and a base. The frame is formed of an upper curved bar, a lower curved bar, and an outwardly curved bar, all of which are joined together at their ends. The padding means can be covered with a middle section of user's hair to create an appearance of thicker hair for the user. The braiding means can be fitted with alternating sections of the user's hair to create a braid hairstyle. The user's remaining hair can be fixed in a positioning space of the braiding means without additional hair fasteners. These features render the present invention useful and provide the user with visual beauty.

In an alternate embodiment, the rectilinear side members include at least one telescoping section such that the length of the side members is adjustable.

摘要： A hair clip, particularly for curly hair, includes a first curved jaw having a proximal end portion and a curved distal end portion; and a second curved jaw coupled to the first jaw. The base has an upper surface, a lower surface, and an opening passing from the upper surface to the lower surface. The elastic padding is disposed on a portion of the upper surface of the base. The adornment structure is disposed on another portion of the upper surface of the base. The contact layer is disposed on the lower surface of the base. A first hair section of the hair bundle covers the elastic padding and is padded thereby. A second hair section of the hair bundle passes through the opening and is pressed by the contact layer, such that the adornment structure is exposed above the second hair section.

摘要： A pony tail enhancer hair clip device with a dome-shaped appendage and a clip connected to each other through a stem, the appendage having a plurality of arrow-shaped dowels of various shapes and lengths on its surface to trap and hold the hair in place over it so that the hair does not slide and fall to the sides, exposing the device. The clip of the device is comprised of two prongs connected at their bases through a round pin with a spring inserted around the pin to maintain the two prongs in continuous tension so that the clip with the appendage stays securely within the pony tail and does not fall off. The use of the pony tail enhancer hair clip device gives the pony tail, the appearance of having a fuller, thicker hair with the additional advantage of creating height to the pony tail style.

摘要： Hair styling accessories including a puffing member specially adapted for shaping hair into a puffed condition. Also included is a specially shaped barrette which is adapted for cooperative combination with the puffing member to position and retain the puffing member in a desired location as well as to provide for separating and manipulating hair in strands as may be desired for a variety of coiffures. The puffing member includes a main section having generally symmetrically convex front and back surfaces to present a puffed appearance. Essentially centrally positioned within the main section there is disposed a thin sheet of malleable or deformable material (e.g., 0.006 inch thick tin foil such as is used for fins in air conditioners) it adapted for manipulation so that the shape of the main section can be altered within a range suitable for a variety of hair styling applications. The puffing member additionally includes an appending region of lesser width which is fitted with at least two apertures provided to accept one or more fastening members such as one or more fingers from the barrette, a hair pin, or another fastening member.
