    摘要: A collapsible chafer stand for heating food is disclosed. The chafer stand includes a base frame. The chafer stand includes leg frames placed apart from one another. The leg frames connect at distal ends of the base frame via T-shaped members. The chafer stand includes poles extending from distal ends of each leg frame. The chafer stand includes a top frame removably connected to the poles. The top frame includes pole receiving sections. The top frame is removed and the poles are made to collapse over the base frame when not in use. The chafing stand provides an easily stackable structure that can be folded for easy transportation.

    摘要: Provided is a cookware detection circuit using half-bridge drive heating, a heating device, a cookware detection method, and a storage medium. The cookware detection circuit using half-bridge drive heating includes a control module (100) and a pulse cookware detection module (300). The control module is configured to output a single pulse cookware detection signal to a half-bridge drive module (200) of the electromagnetic heating device to drive a coil disk (204) to perform a resonant operation through the half-bridge drive module (200). A pulse detection module (300) is connected to the coil disk (204) and configured to detect a resonant current of the coil disk (204) and generate pulse signals based on the resonant current of the coil disk (204). The control module (100) is connected to the pulse detection module (300), and is further configured to count the pulse signals and determine whether cookware is placed on the electromagnetic heating device based on the number of the pulse signals. The electromagnetic heating device includes the cookware detection circuit using half-bridge drive heating. The cookware detection method for the electromagnetic heating device corresponds to the cookware detection circuit. A cookware program for the cookware detection method is executed by the storage medium.

The structure of the device and programs that adjust the speed of rotation of the impeller permit the user to create bubbles and further break the bubbles down into a silky smooth microfoam without the conventional use of a steam wand or other such device and without the skills of a professional barista.

    摘要: A portable thermal device includes a housing having a thermally conductive container accessible through an opening. Batteries are contained in the housing. A power supply circuit is in electrical communication between an electrical heater and batteries contained in the to power the electrical heater. In one aspect, an electrical heater uses metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) in thermal contact with the thermally conductive container that are driven in a heat generating range by the power supply circuit. In another aspect, a controller: (i) identifies a thermal profile associated for preparing and maintaining a particular food in the thermal conductive container; (ii) associates the thermal profile with stored power in the one or more batteries; and (iii) communicates via a user interface a limitation on performing the thermal profile based on the stored power.
