The size corresponds to a size of a pastry bag. The holes are spaced about 0.25 inch-about 1 inch apart throughout the sheet. The support allows the pastry bags to be cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized inside and out. It also enables more than one bag to be washed simultaneously, saving time.
