摘要: The present invention relates to a polymer carbon nitride, a specific crystal form of the polymer carbon nitride, and a cosmetic composition, an ultraviolet ray-blocking composition, and an external use skin preparation composition, which include the polymer carbon nitride. The polymer carbon nitride according to one aspect of the present invention and a crystal form produced by a specific preparation example thereof can absorb both UVA and UVB, and thus can effectively protect the skin from ultraviolet rays while also being non-toxic and thus suitable for living bodies and lacking photoactivity. Therefore, the polymer carbon nitride and the crystal form can be utilized in a cosmetic composition, an ultraviolet ray-blocking composition and an external use skin preparation composition, which are applied to the living body. Moreover, the specific crystal forms of the polymer carbon nitride have different characteristics according to the manufacturing method, and thus may be used in a variety of ways according to the characteristics. Particularly, the crystal form of the polymer carbon nitride according to one aspect can be adjusted to various colors according to the preparation method, and thus can be utilized to obtain a composition having a desired color. Therefore, the crystal form can be suitably utilized to produce products of various colors suitable for the skin tones of individuals.

摘要: Compositions and methods are disclosed herein for inducing (up-regulating) the expression of sulfotransferases in the hair follicles, e.g., the scalp. Increasing sulfotransferase is beneficial for metabolizing pro-drugs that require sulfonation to be activated, e.g., minoxidil sulfate is the active metabolite of minoxidil. A method for combining the compositions described herein with topical minoxidil to enhance minoxidil treatment for androgenetic alopecia is described. Additional methods and compositions include the use of retinoid X receptor agonists, retinoic acid receptor agonists, and nuclear receptor agonists in an RXR−NR heterodimer. Additional methods and compositions include the use of a topical solution containing an alkalinizing agent or an alkalinizing agent used with a penetration enhancer for up-regulating the sulfonating capacity of hair bearing skin, hair follicles, and/or keratinocyte cells. In addition, compositions and methods for increasing or decreasing the growth rate of hair follicles is disclosed by altering the intracellular pH.

Also provided is a composition for the treatment of keratin fibers, comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one cationic polymer; at least one fatty amide; at least one anti-oxygen agent; and at least one oxidizing agent; wherein the pH of the composition is alkaline. Also provided is a method for treating keratin fibers, comprising applying, to the keratin fibers, at least one oxidizing composition described herein.

摘要: The hand sanitizer may be a hand foam sanitizer or a hand gel sanitizer. Each of the hand sanitizers includes at least one stabilizing agent, at least one skin care agent, and a volume of disinfecting micelle capsules suspended therein. Each disinfecting capsule has a polymer shell which defines a hollow core. The polymer shell includes an antimicrobial material. The antimicrobial material may have a concentration of between 0.5 wt % and 95 wt % of the polymer shell. In order to make the hand foam sanitizer, at least one foaming agent is added to produce a foam by air foaming. The hollow core of each disinfecting capsule may be filled with a material, such as at least one disinfectant, at least one fragrance, at least one supplemental skin care agent, or combinations thereof.

摘要: Disclosed herein are methods that include contacting a skin surface with a first liquid composition; and then contacting in the skin surface with a cationic coated article loaded with a second liquid composition, while at least some portion of the first liquid composition remains on the skin surface, wherein one or both of the first liquid composition or the second liquid composition includes acrylate copolymer particles dispersed therein, the acrylate copolymer particles including the reaction product of a reaction mixture, the reaction mixture including monomers, the monomers including from about 5 wt % to about 50 wt % of at least one high Tg monomer where the wt % of the high Tg monomer is with respect to the total weight of the monomers in the reaction mixture; and from about 20 wt % to about 80 wt % of at least one low Tg monomer where the wt % of the low Tg monomer is with respect to the total weight of the monomers in the reaction mixture, wherein the particles have a number average diameter of at least about 100 nm and wherein at least one and only one of the first or the second composition comprises greater than or equal to 60 wt % of at least one alcohol.

摘要: A preparation method and use of an artificial exosome complex are provided. Raw materials for preparing the artificial exosome complex include linear polyethyleneimine (PEI) and hyaluronic acid (HA). The linear PEI can be obtained through the HA-PEI preparation process of the present disclosure, and most PEI is branched currently. According to the HA-PEI preparation method, HA-PEI with a specific molecular weight can be quantitatively prepared. The preparation process involves controllable operation steps, and thus can be used for large-scale industrial production. The prepared HA-PEI can promote the absorption of an encapsulated active substance by deep skin cells through the ligand activity of HA and the membrane permeability of linear PEI.
