摘要: The instant disclosure generally relates to a multicomponent composition for coloring mammalian or synthetic substrate material and textiles, the composition comprising a first and second components and a third component. The first and second components comprise first and second silicone polymers respectively. Any one or more of the first, second and third components may also comprise pigment microparticles. The first, second and third compounds meld together on substrate material and textiles and especially on hair to form a highly remanent colored coating. The multicomponent composition formed and set in situ as a solid linked coating has a substantially permanent pigment lastingness and minimally alters the substrate material and textiles.

摘要: A non-rinse-off hair protective cosmetic including a polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane compound which has: a terminal to which a siloxane chain having a polyoxyalkylene group shown by a formula (1) is bonded; 50 or more structural units shown by a formula (2) per molecule; a viscosity of 50,000 mPa·s or more at 25° C.; and an HLB of 1 to 7, where each R1 represents an alkyl group or a phenyl group; A represents a monovalent group having a polyoxyalkylene group shown by a formula (3) or (4). Thus, a non-rinse-off hair protective cosmetic excellent in hair protection performance, resistant to water, but easily removable with a shampoo or the like after use.

摘要: Particles are prepared in an emulsion using a method that includes providing a first reactant having at least two unsaturated carbon-carbon moieties and a second reactant having at least two Si—H moieties, so long as at least one of the unsaturated carbon-carbon moieties of the first reactant or the Si—H moieties of the second reactant is pendant. The method also includes providing a third reactant having a silicon atom and a condensable reactive group bonded to the silicon atom and also having an unsaturated carbon-carbon moiety and/or a Si—H moiety, providing a hydrosilylation catalyst, and providing a polar liquid. The method further includes combining the first, second, and third reactants to form particles that have a cross-linked network wherein the condensable reactive group is disposed on the particles, and adding a silane having an organic moiety and a condensation leaving group to form the particles.

(except for the unsaturated monomer containing a carboxylic acid or a carboxylic acid salt) in the organopolysiloxane graft polymer is not more than 14% by mass, and a number-average molecular weight of the organopolysiloxane segment is not less than 8,000 and not more than 200,000.
