    摘要: A platform models and correlates physical activities based on users' interactions with a simple grip-metaphor design, enabling multi-dimensions actionable information to improve the health, performance and well-being of connected grip users within like-minded communities. For example, the platform captures multi-dimensional datasets generated from activities of each of a plurality of users on the online human internet of thing platform, where the activities include physical interactions with connected grips systems connected to the online human internet of thing platform. The platform then filters the captured multi-dimensional datasets into a plurality of categories and scores the filtered multi-dimensional data by the human internet of thing platform. Finally, the platform generates a multi-dimensional information modeling for each user based on the scored multi-dimensional data.

    摘要: Using a combination of jump rope, resistance band and boxing fitness instruments, one can get a robust anaerobic and aerobic exercise experience. However, traditional jump rope equipment requires the operator to be in a location that has ample height and space around them to accommodate the range of the rope being swung around the body. In addition, the ground surface that a traditional jump rope would be hitting may not always be ideal such as carpet, sand, and the like which diminishes the rhythm of the workout. The single unit multi-purpose jump fitness, boxing training and resistance strength device described herein eliminates the need for most of these restrictive considerations as there is no “rope” to jump over when in jump rope workout mode. Rather, the operator swings two specialized end handle units in a “jump rope” fashion while holding adjustable jump handles.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a handle exercising device and a set of exercising devices. The handle exercising device includes a handle body, a chamber, a buckle portion, a release button, and two female buckles. The handle body has a top surface and a bottom surface. The chamber is disposed in the handle body along an axial direction of the handle body, wherein the chamber has an opening facing one end of the handle body. The buckle portion is disposed in the chamber and buckles a predetermined assembly inserting the chamber via the opening. The release button is disposed at the top surface of the handle body and connected with the buckle portion to release a buckling status of the buckle portion. The female buckles are disposed at the bottom surface of the handle body and arranged in parallel along the axial direction.

    摘要: A jump rope handle has a hollow handle member with a through bore and a swivel assembly mounted in a swivel mounting portion extending up to one open end of the handle bore. The swivel assembly includes a shoulder bolt having an enlarged head and a shaft having a smooth, unthreaded outer surface extending from the enlarged head to the open end of the handle bore, an end connector or nut secured to the shaft and located outside the bore, and first and second rotatable bearings mounted between the smooth outer surface of the shaft and the handle bore to allow for relatively free rotation of the shoulder bolt in the handle bore. The end connector has a cross-hole or the like for connection to one end of a jump rope and the jump rope is easily rotatable relative to the handle via the swivel assembly during skipping activity.

    摘要: The present invention extends to a re-configurable multi-purpose exercise device. In general, aspects include a re-configurable multi-purpose exercise device that can be configured as an abdominal roller, a pair of pushup stands, or a jump rope. Some aspects include a first roller and a second roller that can attach to one another by mating extending members formed on each respective roller with slots formed on each respective roller. A first handle and a second handle can attach to one or another of the respective rollers by either attaching to the extending members on the rollers or inserting through a hole formed in the rollers. A rope can connect on each end to the first handle and the second handle to form a jump rope. Additionally, some aspects include a two-piece cavity configured for storing the rope.
