The colors may be selected to represent the colors of a national flag, e.g., red, white, and blue for the U.S., red, white, and green for Mexico, etc. House profit may be provided by payment of lower than actual odds, by the retention of a percentage of winning wagers, or by designating one or more wheel positions as winning positions for the house. This system may incorporate a progressive wagering system wherein retention of the house profit is waived for players who choose to place progressive wagers on consecutive plays of the wheel.
