    摘要: An integrated magnetic microbead processing apparatus includes a microplate having magnetic microbeads in microwells. A bottom of the microplate includes cavities between the microwells. A heating/cooling plate supports a base of the microplate and has a plurality of holes. A vertically movable magnet support plate includes a plurality of magnetic pins, each of which can protrude through one hole in the plurality of holes of the heating plate and into the cavity of the microplate. The magnetic pins are height adjustable. A shaker is operably connected to the microplate and is configured to shake the microplate, the heating/cooling plate, the magnetic support plate.

    摘要: A magnetic separator includes a housing defining a product flow path, a drawer moveable between a first position and a second position, a magnet operatively connected to the drawer, the magnet positioned within the product flow path when in the first position and the magnet withdrawn from the flow path when in the second position, and a stripper plate frame attached to the housing. A stripper plate is fixed to the stripper plate frame that conforms with the magnet and through which the magnet passes as the drawer is moved between the first and second positions. An anti-rotation mechanism includes a slot that engages along a length of a shoulder such that. When the anti-rotation mechanism is positioned having the slot over the shoulder, the magnet is prevented from moving from the axially locked position. The shoulder extends beyond an outer surface of the anti-rotation mechanism.

    摘要: In accordance with the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for fuelizing inflammable waste capable of efficiently fuelizing inflammable waste while reducing facility and operation costs of the overall system and maintaining stable operation, and so on. More particularly, the apparatus 1 for fuelizing inflammable waste comprises: a primary crusher 4 for crushing an inflammable waste W containing as principal component at least one selected from a group comprising plastics, sponges, fibers, rubbers and wood materials; a foreign matter removing device 7 for removing foreign matters F contained in the crushed objects W1; a secondary crusher 9 for secondarily crushing the crushed objects W3 from which foreign matters I, M are removed; and an injecting device 11 for injecting the secondarily crushed objects W4 generated by the secondary crusher 9 into a burner 10, and so on. The apparatus 1 may be provided with an intermediate tank 8 for storing the crushed objects W3 from which foreign matters I, M are removed, and from the intermediate tank 8 is supplied the crushed objects W3 to the secondary crusher 9.

    摘要: A machine to separate magnetically susceptible particles from a particulate diamagnetic gangue in a batch type process especially as in ore benefication. A frame pivotally mounts a normally horizontally oriented processing pan that tilts to allow dumping of gangue. A cradle-like spindle plate support having two perpendicularly related rectangular spindle plates is pivotably mounted on the frame above the ore pan so that each spindle plate may be pivotably moved to service one-half of the ore pan. Each spindle plate carries a plurality of spacedly arrayed, perpendicularly oriented, eccentrically rotatable magnetic spindles that may be moved to an operative position within the processing pan. Leveling mechanism is provided to level ore within the pan and vibrators are associated with the pan to agitate particulate matter therein during processing. The uppermost portion of the frame movably supports two opposed vacuum pans, one of which may be moved into coincidence with each spindle plate to remove magnetically susceptible material captured by the magnetic spindles for recovery. Preferably the external surfaces of the magnetic spindles are formed of aluminum, especially for the processing of ores of platinum group metals.

    摘要: A rotatable magnet cradle assembly that can be used to separate swarf from a flow of fluid is provided. The cradle of magnets can be rotated a certain amount about a rotational axis from an operational position to a cleaning position. The magnet cradle may include a tube extending between two brackets, a shaft to which the two brackets are attached, and a magnet bar extending through the tube. In the operational position, the magnet provides a magnetic field that attracts swarf to an outer surface of the tube. Once it is desired to clean the assembly, the shaft is rotated to move the two brackets and tube out of the fluid flow and to a position proximate a discharge location, where the magnet bar can be removed from the tube to release the swarf.
