The first station includes at least one sensor configured to measure at least one value of a parameter of the atomizer when the atomizer is in the second position.

An apparatus for applying a coating medium to an object, a calibration system including an apparatus and a blocking device, an industrial robot including an apparatus, and a method of determining clogging characteristics of an apparatus, are also provided.

摘要: A speed retarding device for a rotary nozzle includes a hollow cylindrical housing and a rotatable tubular shaft rotatably carried by the housing. The shaft has a central axial bore and an enlarged drag sleeve portion carried in the housing. A pair of support bearings support the drag sleeve portion of the shaft in the housing. An annular inner seal between each of the support bearings and the drag sleeve portion defines a cavity within the housing receiving a viscous fluid confined within the cavity. The drag sleeve portion includes a peripheral helical groove and a plurality of axial bores extending therethrough parallel to the central bore, one or more blind axial bores each having a closed end an open end, and a piston disposed in each of the one or more blind axial bores each defining an air space between the closed end and the piston.

An end of a rib close to an edge of the bottom disc is provided with a first groove penetrating a side portion of the rib so as to cut fluid flowing through the centrifugal flow passage.

摘要: A rotary atomiser spindle arrangement includes a rotary atomiser spindle having a shaft which is journaled for rotation in a main body of the rotary atomiser spindle and a bell cup releasably mounted on the shaft. The bell cup has a bell portion for spraying media during rotation in use and a mounting portion via which the bell cup is mounted on the shaft. The shaft and mounting portion of the bell cup include respective complimentary taper portions which form an interference fit with each other when the bell cup is mounted on the shaft so locating in the bell cup in relation to the shaft, wherein the rotary atomiser spindle arrangement includes a bell cup retention arrangement having retention biasing for urging the complimentary taper portions against one another when the bell cup and shaft are at a first relative rotational position with respect to one another whilst the bell cup retention arrangement allows at least demounting of the bell cup from the shaft when the bell cup and shaft are at a second relative rotational position with respect to one another. The bell cup retention arrangement includes latching mechanism for latching the bell cup and shaft in the first relative rotational position.
