摘要: The present disclosure is a sheet producing device for producing a multi-layer sheet by applying a coating material to a sheet material. The sheet producing device includes a radiation light source that emits radiation light, a division part that divides the radiation light into measurement light to be incident on the multi-layer sheet and reference light with which a reference surface is to be irradiated, and an optical member that emits the measurement light onto the multi-layer sheet and receives the measurement light reflected by the multi-layer sheet. An interference detector that detects interference light between the measurement light reflected by the multi-layer sheet and the reference light reflected by the reference surface, and a thickness calculator that calculates a thickness of the sheet material and a thickness of the coating material of the multi-layer sheet based on the detected interference light are further included. As a result, the tact time from the production of the multi-layer sheet to the calculation of the thickness can be shortened.

摘要: A coating device coats a coating region of a to-be-coated object having a convex curved surface. A coating device includes a head, an arm, and a controller. The head includes a nozzle surface. The arm holds the head. The controller controls movement of the head via the arm. A controller moves a head in a first direction along an end portion of a coating region in a posture in which a gap between a nozzle surface located on an end portion side of the coating region and a to-be-coated object is smaller than a gap between the nozzle surface located on a center side of the coating region and the to-be-coated object.

摘要: A wet granulator includes a material cylinder. A cylinder cover is rotatably arranged at an opening of the material cylinder, and a locking member is arranged on the cylinder cover. The locking member includes a locking housing, and the locking housing is provided with a first through groove. A locking pin slides in the first through groove, and the locking pin includes a middle rod and a contacting rod. A first end of the contacting rod is connected to a first end of the middle rod to form a contacting platform, and a second end of the contacting rod extends out of the first through groove. The first end of the middle rod is arranged in the first through groove, and a second end of the middle rod extends out of the first through groove. The second end of the middle rod is provided with a pin head.

摘要: Systems and methods for venting a solvent are disclosed. The system includes a chamber, such as an oven having an interior volume defining a heating zone, where the interior volume receives at least one substrate coated with a coating material comprising a solvent. The system further includes a vent coupled to the oven and defining a passage between the interior volume and the environment external to the oven. The system also includes a solvent sensor measuring an amount of evaporated solvent present in the interior volume, and a fan removing at least a portion of the solvent from the interior volume. The system may also include a coating assembly including an applicator and a flow meter, wherein the applicator applies a portion of the coating material to the substrate, and the flow meter determines the amount of coating material applied to the substrate.

摘要: The present invention relates to an automatic cushion-attaching device for attaching cut cushions or cutting and attaching cushions to a cutting plate so that the cushions are attached along both sides of the position at which a blade portion is mounted to the cutting plate. At least two of the attached cushions are automatically attached to the cutting plate next to the blade portion according to the shape of the blade portion. Since the operation of attaching the cushions to the cutting plate is automatically performed in a single machine, the present invention has the effect of achieving very high attachment speed and good productivity.
