摘要: Provided is a bilayer composition for surface treatment of a steel plate and a surface-treated steel plate using same. The bilayer composition for surface treatment of a steel plate, comprising an undercoat coating composition including 1 to 12 wt % of a phenoxy resin, 0.001 to 1.0 wt % of colloidal silica, 0.001 to 1.0 wt % of a silane coupling agent, 0.1 to 1.0 wt % of a corrosion inhibitor, 0.001 to 1.0 wt % of a phosphoric acid compound as a long-term corrosion resistance improving agent, and a balance of water; and a topcoat coating composition including 0.1 to 5.0 wt % of an acrylic acid resin, 30 to 50 wt % of colloidal silica, 40 to 60 wt % of alkoxy silane, 5 to 15 wt % of an acrylate-based monomer, 0.01 to 1.00 wt % of an acidity control agent, and a balance of an organic solvent.

In one example, a water-borne sealer composition includes an acrylic latex resin, a polyurethane dispersion (PUD), and water. The acrylic latex resin is free of a core-shell latex. The PUD includes a hydroxyl functional reaction product of polyisocyanate and a polyol including a polycarbonate diol.

摘要: A polymer plastic front plate comprises: a plastic substrate and a hard coating layer formed on an adhesion surface of the plastic substrate. The hard coating layer comprises: organic-inorganic hybrid UV oligomer, high Tg UV resin additive, a plurality of dispersed flaky nano inorganic material, and photo initiator, so as to form a gas barrier hard coating layer with high surface dyne value (>44 dyne) on the adhesion surface of the plastic substrate. It not only has good ink printability and OCA adhesiveness, but also inhibits the diffusion of fugitive gas from polymer plastic front plates during high-temperature, high-temperature and high-humidity, high-low temperature thermal shocks and other harsh automotive industry environmental tests. The gas can be avoided from entering the OCA layer, thereby solving the problems of bubbles and delamination after the environmental tests are performed.

Further disclosed herein are a method for producing such multilayer coating and a multilayer coated substrate.

摘要: This water-repellent, oil-repellent member is obtained via, inter alia, a method having: a step for wet-coating a substrate surface with a solution that contains a solvent and an organosilicon compound comprising multiple silanol groups in the molecule; a step for drying the solvent to form and laminate a primer layer on the substrate surface; a step for wet-coating the outer surface of the primer layer with a solution containing a hydrolyzable fluorine-containing compound and a solvent, and subsequently drying the solvent, or dry-coating the outer surface of the primer layer with a hydrolyzable fluorine-containing compound obtained by evaporating the solvent from the solution; and a step for curing the hydrolyzable fluorine-containing compound to form and laminate a water-repellent, oil-repellent layer on the outer surface of the primer layer. The water-repellent, oil-repellent member is obtained by providing, on various substrates: a primer layer of a specific thickness that contains, as a main component, an organosilicon compound having multiple silanol groups in the molecule; and, on the outer surface of the primer layer, a water-repellent, oil-repellent layer of a specific thickness that contains, as a main component, the cured hydrolyzable fluorine-containing compound. The water-repellent, oil-repellent member makes it possible for a water-repellent, oil-repellent coating exhibiting superior abrasion resistance and antistatic properties to be stably and straightforwardly formed on various substrates.
