摘要: A wet laser cleaning apparatus includes a machine base, a laser cleaning module, a shielding housing and a filtering device. A base material is placed in a reservoir of the machine base, into which a liquid is introduced through the filtering device. A control module drives first parallel axial track groups, a second parallel axial track group and a vertical axial track group to move an optical fiber laser knife device of the laser cleaning module to irradiate and clean the base material. A height sensor device and an orientation sensor device sense a position and a height of an object, so that the optical fiber laser knife device can automatically focus on the base material. Dusts produced after the optical fiber laser knife device has irradiated the base material are stored in the liquid, and the filtering device filters the dusts from the liquid.

At least one of the plurality of holding pins includes at least one opening or at least one tapered side surface, or both, for guiding the chemical solution to flow off the substrate.

摘要: The present invention relates to systems and methods for cleaning materials, such as flooring and upholstery. In some cases, the systems and methods use an electrolytic cell to electrolyze a solution comprising sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acetate, sodium percarbonate, potassium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, and/or any other suitable chemical to generate electrolyzed alkaline water and/or electrolyzed oxidizing water. In some cases, the cell comprises a recirculation loop that recirculates anolyte through an anode compartment of the cell. In some cases, the cell further comprises a senor and a processor, where the processor is configured to automatically change an operation of the cell, based on a reading from the sensor. In some cases, a fluid flows past a magnet before entering the cell. In some additional cases, fluid from the cell is conditioned by being split into multiple conduits that run in proximity to each other. Additional implementations are described.

The casing is formed by a main body including an upper plate, a projected part attached to a lower part of the upper plate, an outer lateral face extended from the projected part in a downward direction, and the bottom surface connected integrally at a lower end part of the outer lateral face. The bottom surface is formed to be tilted at a prescribed angle with respect to a horizontal plane.

摘要: A soil-based coupon having an electronically readable verification code printed thereon is used for verification of soil removal by a cleaning process. The coupon includes a soil overlay covering the verification code. The verification code is at least partially revealed by removal of all or part of the soil overlay during the cleaning process. If the data encoded in the verification code can be correctly decoded after completion of the cleaning process, the cleaning process can be verified. The soil overlay can be designed to match the application. The coupons may be used in a cleaning process verification procedure in which one or more computing devices analyze images of the verification codes to determine whether or not cleaning processes can be verified.

The track includes a dip over the tank to dip the gambrel into the potassium-based cleaner as the gambrel moves along the track. A processed animal carcass is removed from the gambrel prior to the gambrel being dipped into the potassium-based cleaner. A fresh animal carcass is disposed on the gambrel after the gambrel is dipped into the potassium-based cleaner.
