    摘要: A method and a device for spin forming includes a workpiece set in rotation with a spindle and at least one outer roller is positioned at an outer side of the workpiece. With material thinning, an axially extending lateral region of the workpiece is shaped. At least one inner roller is positioned at an inner side of the workpiece with an inner support, which is displaceable axially and radially relative to the axis of rotation independently of the outer roller. The inner support with the inner roller and an outer support with the outer roller are displaced individually with a CNC control unit, forming at the lateral region a defined wall thickness profile with different wall thicknesses between the at least one outer roller and the at least one inner roller.

    摘要: Provided is a wheel spinning die wherein the plurality of identical slide blocks are connected end to end to form a circular ring, and the slide blocks are inserted into an annular groove between the side wall of a circular groove at the upper end of the lower die and the central connecting block; during spinning, each arc flange is clamped at the joint of an outer wheel lip and a rim under a spoke; and during die releasing, the slide blocks can move up and down together with the vertical movement of a wheel blank, so that the problem of releasing of a reverse draft die at the joint of the cold spinning wheel rim and the outer wheel lip can be solved, wheel damage caused by die releasing can be eliminated, and the yield and production efficiency of wheels are improved.

    摘要: According to a spinning forming device, while a plate is rotated by a rotating shaft, a transform target portion of the plate is pressed by a processing tool and locally heated by a heater that performs induction heating. The heater includes a coil portion having a doubled circular-arc shape and is inclined by an inclining device relative to a direction from the rotating shaft toward the processing tool. A measuring unit measures distances each from the coil portion to an outer peripheral original portion of the plate at a plurality of measurement points distributed in a circumferential direction of the rotating shaft. A controller controls the inclining device based on a measurement result of the measuring unit such that an angle difference between the coil portion and the outer peripheral original portion becomes not more than a predetermined angle.
