摘要: A production method for a stator involves forming leg parts of rectangular wire coils such that the leg part that is on one side in the circumferential direction of a stator core is longer in the axial direction of the stator core than the leg part that is on the other side in the circumferential direction. At each layer of every slot, the leg part on the one side of one rectangular wire coil is laid on the outside in the radial direction of the leg part on the other side of another rectangular wire coil. A second jig is pressed against the plurality of rectangular wire coils from one side in the axial direction toward the other side in the axial direction. As a result of this pressing, only the tip of the leg part on the one side of each layer is pressed against a respective step of a stepped part of a first jig.

摘要: A wire twisting device may include a driven rotating mechanism having a groove configured to receive two wires, an electric motor associated with an encoder, wherein the encoder is configured to generate an electrical signal corresponding to changes in rotation of the electric motor, a drive gear mechanically coupled with the electric motor for rotating the driven rotating mechanism, a current sensor on a printed circuit board configured to detect an electrical current to the electric motor and generate a voltage that corresponds to the amount of electrical current, and a control unit configured to perform steps comprising: receiving the electrical signal generated by the encoder, receiving the voltage generated by the current sensor, determining an amount of torque applied to the two wires; and when the amount of torque exceeds a predetermined limit, communicating a control signal to reduce the electrical current provided to the electric motor.

摘要: Disclosed is a device for applying marking tubes onto cables including: a driving mechanism for a cable along a driving axis; at least one buffer pipe in a producing position aligned with the driving axis, the buffer pipe having dimensions adapted both for a cable to be marked to run through the buffer pipe and for a number of marking tubes to be threaded onto the buffer pipe; a pushing unit engaging and pushing along the driving axis at least one first out marking tube of the marking tubes threaded on the buffer pipe until this first out marking tube exits the buffer pipe and is released onto the cable. Also disclosed is a method for applying marking tubes onto cables using a buffer pipe. The cable is always driven in the same forward direction and there is no limitation of cable length or marking tube number or location.

摘要: The first shaft and the second shaft restrict the positions of the first end portion and the second end portion in the circumferential direction of the stator core with the first end portion and the second end portion interposed therebetween. Each of the first shaft and the second shaft has a groove. The groove is defined by a first side wall, a second side wall, and an end wall connecting the first side wall and the second side wall. 摘要: A method and a device for straightening wire or strip material using a straightening device comprising aligning rollers which act on opposite sides of the material being passed through in an offset manner and some of which are automatically set on the basis of a model, which has been ascertained using input data of the material, such that the requirements for straightness are satisfied. The position of at least one aligning roller is continuously adapted on the basis of the aforementioned data which is detected while the material passes through the straightening device and which represents the target straightness, wherein the deflection of the material in the Y and Z direction after passing through the assembly of aligning rollers is measured by three sensors arranged along the X axis, and the obtained measurement values are input into the model which controls the setting of the aligning rollers which can be set.
