摘要: An automatic nut tapping equipment is provided. The automatic nut tapping equipment includes a tap rotating mechanism, a nut clamping mechanism, an axial transmission mechanism, and a nut placing slot. The tap rotating mechanism includes a tap rotary motor and a tap, wherein the tap is driven by the tap rotary motor. The nut clamping mechanism includes a clamping assembly and a sliding rail, wherein the clamping assembly is disposed on the sliding rail and is configured for clamping a to-be-tapped nut to restrict the to-be-tapped nut from rotating. The axial transmission mechanism controls the clamping assembly to axially translate one pitch in response to the tap rotating one revolution, such that a forward nut-tapping motion and a backward nut-retracting motion are performed by the nut clamping mechanism. The nut placing slot is configured to arrange and control the dropping of another to-be-tapped nut.

摘要: A method for removing a workpiece from the remainder of the workpiece supported in a bearing plane. The method includes moving the workpiece part, which is clamped between at least one ejector element of an ejection unit and at least one counter-holding element of a counter-holding unit, along a removal direction, and checking whether the workpiece part has been completely separated from the remainder of the workpiece during movement along the removal direction. The method is characterized by reducing or completely canceling the clamping of the workpiece part and subsequently resuming the clamping of the workpiece part if it is determined during checking that the workpiece part has not been completely separated from the remainder of the workpiece.

摘要: A machine tool with work transferring mechanism provided with a work transferring mechanism which transfers a work and receives/delivers the work from/to a main spindle. In the front-rear direction, the space inside the machine tool is divided via a shutter into a machining space in which the main spindle is arranged and a transferring space in which the work transferring mechanism transfers the work. The work transferring mechanism is equipped with a work retainer retaining the work and a moving mechanism moving the work retainer. While the work attached to the main spindle is machined, the work retainer is preliminarily moved by the moving mechanism to a vicinity of the main spindle via the shutter.

摘要: An ultrasonic processing system adapted to subject a web running in a machine direction to ultrasonic processing includes a first mechanical element defined by one of an ultrasonic horn and an anvil and a second mechanical element defined by a remainder. The web placed on an outer peripheral surface of a rotary drum moves conforming to the drum in a machine direction. The first mechanical element is provided on the inner side of the drum and the second mechanical element is provided on the outer side of the drum. The first and second mechanical elements repeat a step of forward movement and a step of backward movement in a direction intersecting the machine direction across the web. In both steps, the first and second mechanical elements come in close contact with each other by the intermediary of the web and thereby subject the web to the ultrasonic processing.

摘要: Separating pile, adhesive, and primary/secondary backings of post-consumer carpet includes spectrographic fiber identification. Separating substantial portions of pile from backing comprises contacting a rotating pinned drum, with separated pile U's dropping, while a residual composition, being primarily backing, travels with the drum for subsequent delivery to a press. Dislodged pieces of adhesive are removed from separated U's by a spinning perforated squirrel cage utilizing vacuum pressure. A shaker table receives substantially separated U's upon a first screen. Eccentric motor(s) cause vibrations therein separating remaining backing and adhesive from U's, with the U's and adhesive falling through openings in the first screen onto a second screen, and with adhesive falling through openings in the second screen. The angle of the screens and frequency/direction of vibrations are adjustable to optimize a rate of production and a degree of separation. Hammers in a fibermill remove remaining adhesive attached to separated pile U's.

摘要: The table on which a workpiece is put can travel on a guide rail mechanism relative to a working head with a cutting tool mounted thereon. The table is connected through a nut to a ball screw part to move in an axial direction thereof as the ball screw part rotates. One end of the ball screw part is supported by a bearing and the other end is connected to a servomotor to be rotationally driven. A hollow part is provided in the table to receive therein a damper mechanism part, which comprises a spring, a damper, and a weight, the table and the weight being arranged to enable traveling separately on guide rails. Thereby, even when the workpiece is heavy, the weight can move relative to the table to effectively damp vibrations of the table in a feed direction.
