摘要: Position sensing related to a component within a power tool. The component within the power tool is, for example, a hammer of an impact mechanism and can include one or more sensible features that allow a controller of the power tool to precisely determine the position, speed, and acceleration of the component. One or more sensors can be used to determine the rotational position of the hammer and the axial position of the hammer. The rotational position of the hammer can then be used to calculate, for example, rotational speed and acceleration of the hammer. With precise determinations of the rotational and axial position of the hammer, the controller of the power tool is able to precisely time the impact between the hammer and the anvil to optimize the impact between the hammer and the anvil (e.g., to maximize energy transfer between the hammer and the anvil).

An electronic processor is connected to the switching network and the at least one grip sensor and configured to implement kickback control of the power tool. The electronic processor is configured to determine a kickback threshold based on the grip parameter, control the switching network to drive the motor, receive a signal related to a power tool characteristic, determine, based on the power tool characteristic being greater than or equal to the kickback threshold, that a kickback event of the power tool is occurring, and control, in response to determining that the kickback event is occurring, the switching network to cease driving of the motor.

The post repair kit comprises a hammer mechanism comprising a power portion and a reciprocating ram structure, the power portion forcibly driving the reciprocating ram structure in a reciprocating motion. The reciprocating ram structure comprises a rod structure having a proximal end coupled with the power portion. The reciprocating ram structure further comprises an offset member connected to a distal end of the rod structure. The offset member has a first hole and a second hole. The distal end of the rod structure is connected to the first hole, wherein the offset member and the rod structure are connected perpendicular to each other. The reciprocating ram structure further comprises an interchangeable adaptor end tool detachably connected to the offset member using a fastening mechanism at the second hole.

摘要: An electric hammer includes a housing, an electric motor, an output assembly, an impact assembly, a mounting shaft, a clutch assembly, and a switching assembly. The mounting shaft is rotatable about a second axis. When the electric hammer is in the drill mode, a sleeve of the output assembly rotates. When the electric hammer is in the hammer drill mode, the sleeve rotates and an impact block of the impact assembly reciprocates in the sleeve. The switching assembly is configured to switch the clutch assembly between a first state and a second state and includes a switching element. The switching element includes a forced end and a drive end, the output assembly moving along a first axis drives the forced end to move, and the drive end is configured to drive the clutch assembly to be switched to the first state.
