摘要: Embodiments of a system and a method for manufacturing a gypsum board can be used to produce a gypsum board having at least one perforated cover sheet via a cover sheet perforator system. The cover sheet perforator system can include a perforator roller is disposed downstream of a forming station along a machine direction, a roller support frame for rotatably supporting the perforator roller such that its rotational axis extends along the cross-machine direction, and a motor arranged with the perforator roller to rotate the perforator roller about the rotational axis. The drive motor can be adapted to rotate the perforator roller with a tangential speed substantially equal to the line speed to produce a series of perforation holes in an upwardly-facing cover sheet as the gypsum board moves past the perforator roller.

摘要: An oscillatory power tool that is capable of using various types of cutting tools is disclosed. The power tool includes an output shaft for mounting one of the cutting tools and driving the cutting tool in an oscillating rotary motion. An end of the output shaft has a driving section for engaging with a securing section of the cutting tool. The power tool further includes a fastener connected to the output shaft at the end and connectable to the securing section of the cutting tool for fastening the cutting tool to the end of the output shaft. The driving section has a fitting surface for contacting a surface of the securing section. Through a close fit between the friction surface and the surface of the securing section, the power tool can be connected with different types of cutting tools, which greatly improves the universality and convenience of the power tool.

摘要: A noodle strand cutting apparatus for cutting gelatinized noodle strands used in manufacturing of instant noodles is provided with: a conveyer for conveying at least one bundle of the gelatinized noodle strands; and a rotary cutter arranged above the conveyer and intended to cut, to a predetermined length, the at least one bundle of the gelatinized noodle strands conveyed on the conveyer in a substantially horizontal direction. The rotary cutter is provided with a plurality of blades that extend side by side with a rotational axis in radial directions around the rotational axis, the plurality of blades being spaced from each other in a circumferential direction by predetermined intervals.

The method also includes using the cutting system to cut a first section of tubing of the plurality of sections of tubing. The cutting system cuts the first section of tubing at a plurality of locations to separate a plurality of subsections of the first section of tubing.

There is also provided composite material lay-up equipment comprising the cutting mechanism.

One of the rollers may have protrusions to create openings in the material before the material enters the pocket coiler.
