摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing granules comprising discontinuous fibres. The simulation performance of the bionic digestive tract is excellent, has strong consistency with a true human digestive tract in terms of performance, structure and function, can simulate the true states of food, drugs and microorganisms in a digestive system, and has great application prospects in the research process of food and drugs.

摘要: Disclosed is a molded article, wherein the article has at least one layer having a wood grain-like appearance, wherein the layer comprises: a) a first thermoplastic material that is selected from the group consisting of: polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), copolymers thereof, and any combinations thereof; and b) a second polymer material that is at least partially immiscible with said first thermoplastic material, in which said second polymer material is selected from the group consisting of: polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), copolymers thereof, and any combinations thereof; wherein said second polymer material has a Solubility Parameter (δ) of from about 10 (cal1/2cm−3/2) to about 20 (cal1/2cm−3/2), and a melting point of from about 194° C. to about 280° C. The present invention also relates to a mixture of masterbatches used for manufacturing the above molded articles, and a method of manufacturing the above molded articles. The present inventions provide wood grain-like appearance, while maintaining mechanical strength and barrier benefit.

At least one first component (2) for forming the plastic (5) is conveyed into a mixing chamber (11) of a mixing device (10) in which a stirring mechanism (30) that can be rotated about a rotational axis (31) is arranged. The first component (2) is loaded with a gas (4) in order to influence the formation of foam, and the plastic (4) is metered out of the mixing chamber (11) through an outlet nozzle (18). According to the invention, the pressure in the mixing chamber (11) ranges from 0.2 bar to 15 bar, the gas (4) is injected into the first component (2), preferably directly into the mixing chamber (11), by a valve device (50), and the stirring mechanism (30) disperses the gas (5) in the first component (2).

A scalper scalps off balsa wood and foam from recycled composite chips, a lump breaker shatters the chips produced by the scalper, a hammer mill breaks fiber chips produced by the lump breaker to reduce the chips to strand clusters, a vibratory screen and cyclone air classifier or circular vibratory screener separate strand clusters of acceptable size from larger strand clusters that require repeated processing with a hammer mill, another vibratory screen and cyclone air classifier or circular vibratory screener further separate strand clusters of acceptable size from larger strand clusters that require repeated processing with a hammer mill, and a granulator pulverizes the resulting fiber strand into micro-fibers that can be used as reinforcement fibers.

摘要: Proposed are a plastic foam product added with EVA recycled pellets and a method of manufacturing the same, in which there is provided a process for manufacturing a shoe sole by recycling shoe molding waste generated due to defective judgment during a shoe manufacturing process and used shoe waste discarded after use of finished shoe products, thereby allowing shoe manufacturing to meet the trend of pursuing eco-friendly products in Korea and in markets such as Europe, and there is provided a process in which dispersion between materials is strengthened in the process of manufacturing a plastic foam product by adding EVA recycled pellets to an EVA foam compound and mixing them with each other, thereby enabling uniform foaming and thus realizing a good shape and improving the strength and quality of the product.
