摘要: An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, having a transport device which transports the plastic preforms along a predetermined transport path. The transport device has a movable and in particular rotatable transport carrier on which a plurality of forming stations is arranged. The forming stations each having blow molding devices with at least two blow mold side parts and a bottom part which form a hollow space inside which the plastic preforms are formed into the plastic containers by applying a flowable medium. The forming stations each having application devices for applying the flowable medium to the plastic preforms. A diameter of the transport carrier is smaller than 2 m, and 4-16 forming stations are arranged on the transport carrier or a diameter of the transport carrier is smaller than 3 m, and 17 to 35 forming stations are arranged on the transport carrier.

摘要: A method of controlling a preform for stretch blow-moulding a container with an integrally formed handle; the preform comprising, a body portion and the integrally formed handle; the preform transferred from a perform supply source to a blow moulding die for blowing the container; the method including the steps of passing the preform through a preform handle orientating apparatus, transferring the preform to a preform transportation system, maintaining orientation of the preform handle imposed by the perform handle orientating apparatus during transfer to the perform transportation system and transfer to the blow moulding die, rotating the preforms during transport along the transportation system past an array of preform heating elements while shielding the integrally formed handle from excessive exposure to the heating elements, transferring the preform from the transportation system to the blow moulding die, and wherein the handle comprises a loop of orientable material extending between an upper connection region and a lower connection region on the body portion of the preform; characterised in that the handle has a generally uniform cross section from proximate the lower connection region to a gradually widening cross section approaching the upper connection region; the cross section reaching and maintaining a maximum width proximate the upper connection region.

摘要: A laser welding system is directed to simultaneously joining respective layers of a first bag and a second bag. The system includes a first film layer adjacent to a second film layer for forming the first bag, and a third film layer adjacent to a fourth film layer for forming the second bag, each layer of the plurality of film layers being made of a thermoplastic material that absorbs laser radiation having a wavelength of about 2 microns. A non-absorbing carrier film layer is positioned between the second film layer and the third film layer, the non-absorbing carrier film layer being made of a material that transmits substantially all energy of the laser radiation. A laser source applies the laser radiation toward portions of the plurality of film layers to be joined, forming the first bag generally simultaneously with the second bag.

The liquid blow molding method includes: a first molding step of liquid blow molding the preform into a halfway shape by supplying, into the preform that has been heated to a predetermined temperature, a first liquid at a predetermined pressure through a nozzle unit; and a second molding step, performed after the first molding step, of liquid blow molding the preform by supplying a second liquid into the preform at a predetermined pressure through the nozzle unit.
