摘要: A bending machine for bending workpieces is disclosed. The bending machine includes a lower beam and an upper beam for forming a workpiece by bending along a bending line. A tool holder for receiving bending tools is provided on the lower beam and each end of the tool holder is associated with a recessed region which is formed in the lower beam overlapping with the respective end. The lower beam includes a central element and at least one side element arranged adjacent to one another in the thickness direction of the lower beam. Recessed regions are provided in the central element and/or in the width direction adjacent to the central element. The lower beam also includes a central region in which, during a bending operation of a workpiece, a force is introduced via the tool holder both into the central element and into the at least one side element.

摘要: A cellulose product toggle pressing module for forming non-flat cellulose products from an air-formed cellulose blank structure. The toggle pressing module includes a toggle press including pressing member movably arranged in a pressing direction, a toggle-mechanism connected to the pressing member, a pressing actuator arrangement connected to the toggle-mechanism, and an electronic control system operatively connected to the pressing actuator arrangement. The toggle pressing module includes a forming mold including a moveable first mold part attached to the pressing member and a second mold part. The electronic control system is configured for controlling operation of the pressing actuator arrangement for driving the pressing member using the toggle-mechanism in the pressing direction and forming the non-flat cellulose product from the cellulose blank structure by pressing the first mold part against the second mold part. Furthermore, the toggle press is installed with the pressing direction of the pressing member arranged primarily in a horizontal direction.

摘要: A housing of a radial press has a casing section and an annular end-face support disc. An annular structure is movably guided in the housing along a press axis, and multiple press jaws arranged about the press axis are supported on the support disc so as to be movably guided in the radial direction. The annular structure acts on the press jaws by means of control surfaces which are inclined relative to the press axis and which lie against press jaw counter surfaces designed in the form of sliding surfaces. The end face of the ring structure facing the support disc is designed with axial protrusions. Each control surface protrudes into the radial inner surface of one such protrusion, and the support disc has recesses which are paired with the protrusions and into which the protrusions enter when the radial press is closed.
