摘要: Provided is a heat sink having a clad structure of Co—Mo composite materials and Cu materials, satisfying high heat-sink properties required of the heat sink for use in a semiconductor package with a frame on which a high-output and small-sized semiconductor is mounted, and preventing, when applied to the semiconductor package with a frame, crack of the frame due to local stress concentration. The heat sink has three or more Cu layers and two or more Cu—Mo composite layers alternately stacked in a thickness direction so that the Cu layers are outermost layers on both sides thereof, the Cu layers as the outermost layers each having a thickness t1 of 40 μm or more, the heat sink satisfying 0.06≤t1/T≤0.27 (where T: heat sink thickness) and t2/T≤0.36/[(total number of layers−1)/2] (where t2: Cu—Mo composite layer thickness, the total number of layers: sum of numbers of Cu layers and Cu—Mo composite layers).

摘要: An apparatus is disclosed as including a first material volume with at least a hardened portion and a second material volume that includes at least two layers. The first material volume is composed of at least a hardenable alloy of steel. The at least two layers is located adjacent to a first surface comprising the hardened portion of the first material volume. The at least two layers includes a first layer composed of at least a ductile low-carbon alloy of steel and a second layer composed of at least a cobalt-based hardfacing over the first layer. The apparatus is applicable in preparing shear ram blocks and shear ram blades to provide a hardened blade edge with an adjacent hardfacing surface.

摘要: Provided is an electric motor using a laminated core in which punched electrical steel sheets are adhered to each other with a high adhesion strength. The laminated core includes: a plurality of electrical steel sheets which are stacked on each other and of which both surfaces are coated with an insulation coating; and an adhesion part which is disposed between the electrical steel sheets adjacent to each other in a stacking direction and adheres the electrical steel sheets to each other, wherein all sets of the electrical steel sheets adjacent to each other in the stacking direction are adhered to each other by the adhesion parts, wherein the adhesion parts are provided at a plurality of positions between the electrical steel sheets, and wherein the adhesion part is a layer made of an adhesive containing any one or both of an acrylic resin and an epoxy resin and having an SP value of 7.8 to 10.7 (cal/cm3)1/2.

摘要: A composite material has a plate shape and has a first surface and a second surface. The second surface is opposite to the first surface. The composite material includes a plurality of first layers and at least one second layer. The first layers and the second layer are alternately layered along a thickness direction of the composite material such that the first layers are located at the first surface and the second surface. Each of the first layers is a layer including copper. The second layer is a layer of a molybdenum powder compact impregnated with copper. A compressive residual stress of 50 MPa or less acts on each of the first layer located at the first surface and the first layer located at the second surface.

摘要: The present invention relates to the technical field of material processing and provides a method for making a metal material composite, including: contacting a first surface of a first plate with a second surface of a second plate; placing the first plate and the second plate in a recess in a circumferential direction of a first roller such that a third surface of the second plate contacts a bottom wall of the recess in a circumferential, the third surface being opposite the second surface, the first plate having a greater hardness than the second plate; and controlling a first roller and a second roller to rotate, thereby rolling to combine the first plate and the second plate into a composite plate, where a fourth surface of the first plate contacts a surface of the second roller and the fourth surface is opposite the first surface during the rolling. According to the method for making a metal material composite in the present invention, flashings and burr on the side edges of a composite plate are avoided by placing the first plate and the second plate in a recess for machining.

摘要: A method produces a steel sheet having a microstructure including, in area fraction, 20% to 50% intercritical ferrite, 10% to 20% retained austenite, 25% to 45% tempered martensite, 10% to 20% fresh martensite, and bainite. The sum of tempered martensite and bainite is between 30% and 60%. A cold-rolled steel sheet provided includes 0.18% ≤C≤0.25%, 0.9% ≤Si≤1.8%, 0.02% ≤Al≤1.0%, with 1.00% ≤Si+Al≤2.35%, 1.5% ≤Mn≤2.5%, 0.010% ≤Nb ≤0.035%, 0.10% ≤Cr≤0.40%. The steel sheet is annealed to obtain 50% to 80% austenite and 20% to 50% of ferrite, quenched at a cooling rate between 20° C/s and 50° C/s to between Ms-50° C. and Ms-5° C., heated to a partitioning temperature between 375° C. and 450° C. and maintained at the partitioning temperature for at least 50s, then immediately cooled to room temperature.
