摘要: An inflatable includes an inflation chamber. The inflation chamber has an outer surface, a first end, and a second end substantially opposite the first end. The inflation chamber is configured to be inflated from a deflated state to an inflated state. The inflation chamber is loadable and bendable in the inflated state. The inflatable also includes a reinforcement. The reinforcement has reinforcement sections corresponding to high-stress regions of the outer surface when the inflation chamber is in the inflated state. The reinforcement is attached to the outer surface and is configured to improve at least one of a loading strength and a bending capability of the inflation chamber when the reinforcement sections are placed on the high-stress regions of the outer surface. The reinforcement is shaped according to a Turing pattern that is based on the high-stress regions of the outer surface.

摘要: A flame retardant is included in a resin phase, and the flame retardant has a maximum number frequency in a range of 1 μm or less when a particle size distribution is evaluated by dividing a particle size into 1 μm increments. The resin phase includes inorganic particles, and the inorganic particles have a maximum number frequency in a range of 0.5 μm or less when the particle size distribution is evaluated by dividing the particle size into 0.5 μm increments. The flame retardant has an average particle size larger than the average particle size of inorganic particles. The number frequency of the flame retardant and the inorganic particles, respectively, decreases with increasing the particle size.

摘要: A disposable absorbent pant having an elasticized belt structure including the stretch laminate is disclosed. The stretch laminate may include a first layer; a second layer; and an elastic member disposed between the first layer and the second layer. The first layer may include a nonwoven web material bearing a pattern of thermal bonds, including a plurality of bonds each having a length and a width, the length being oriented perpendicularly to the stretch direction and being greater than the width. The elastic member may be joined with the first layer and the second layer while pre-strained in the stretch direction; when the stretch laminate is in a relaxed condition, at least the first layer may include a plurality of gathers including elongate ridges and valleys oriented transversely to the stretch direction. 摘要: A method disclosed herein includes forming a polishing pad configured for a chemical-mechanical polishing (CMP) process and polishing a workpiece using the polishing pad and a CMP slurry. Forming the polishing pad includes forming an interpenetrating polymer network having a first phase and a second phase embedded in the first phase, removing the second phase from the interpenetrating polymer network, thereby forming a porous top pad that includes a network of pores embedded in the first phase, and adhering the porous top pad to a sub pad, thereby forming the polishing pad. The second phase is different from the first phase in composition, and the interpenetrating polymer network has a substantially periodic pattern. Surface roughness of the porous top pad is consistent during the polishing of the workpiece.
