摘要: A sheet processing device includes a rotator, a first nipper, a conveyor, a second nipper, a detector, a memory, and circuitry. The rotator winds a two-ply sheet around the rotator to generate a winding circumferential difference between two sheets of the two-ply sheet to separate the two sheets. The detector detects an abnormal condition, in which a gap greater than a given interval is not formed between the two sheets around the rotator. The memory stores a detection result as the abnormal condition. The circuitry is to increase a nipping force of the second nipper with the rotator, and increase the nipping force in a present sheet processing to be greater than a previous nipping force of the second nipper in a previous sheet processing, when the memory stores the detection of the abnormal condition in the previous sheet processing, to wind the two sheets around the rotator.

摘要: Embodiments of this disclosure pertains to methods for controlling adhesive bondline while cold-bending a glass substrate. The method includes forming a frame to define a viewing area at least partially surrounded by the frame; shaping the frame to include at least one curvature; positioning a spacer proximate the frame, the spacer comprising: a border area; and a protrusion extending from the border area; engaging the border area of the spacer with the frame to insert the protrusion through the viewing area, wherein the protrusion extends beyond the frame a first distance; positioning an adhesive between the frame and the glass substrate alongside the protrusion to control the bondline; engaging a glass substrate with the adhesive and the protrusion to cold form the glass substrate to the shape of the frame; and securing the glass substrate to the spacer to hold the frame against the adhesive to maintain the bondline.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods for assembling elastomeric laminates, wherein elastic material may be stretched and joined with either or both first and second substrates. First spools are rotated to unwind first elastic strands from a first unwinder in a machine direction. The first elastic strands are positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate to form an elastomeric laminate. Before the first elastic strands are completely unwound from the rotating first spools, second spools are rotated to unwind second elastic strands from a second unwinder. Subsequently, the advancement of the first elastic strands from the first unwinder is discontinued. Thus, the elastomeric laminate assembly process may continue uninterrupted while switching from an initially utilized elastic material drawn from the first spools to a subsequently utilized elastic material drawn from the second spools.

摘要: This document presents a novel method of manufacturing multilayered nonwoven fabrics consisting of submicron fibers, hydroentangled, meltfibrillated, and/or spunlaid web layers. The composite multilayered webs contain one or more submicron fiber webs placed between inner and outer layers of hydroentangled, meltfibrillated, and/or spunlaid web, forming a fabric that may be utilized in the manufacture of articles which serve as barriers, wipes or sorbent materials, or may have other potential applications. The created novel composite multilayered fabric may have increased loft, softness and bending length, may not be solely dependent upon an electrostatic charge to repel small particles and microbes, and may be formed from a broad selection of natural, synthetic, and recycled polymers, including petroleum- and plant-based, allowing polymer selection based on article lifecycle.
