摘要: Thermoplastic films are disclosed that are suitable for use as auto wraps. The films include a thermoplastic polyurethane layer comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane polymer and a patterned adhesive layer. The thermoplastic films, when tested by a 25% Heat Relaxation Test at a thickness of about 0.006 inches, exhibit a final load from about 0.02 to about 0.3 pounds force; and when tested by a 25% Elastic Recovery test, exhibit a residual strain at one minute of 2% or greater.

摘要: The present invention relates to a low-temperature dry preparation method for a flame-retardant fabric, for use in compounding a first substrate with a second substrate, wherein the first substrate and the second substrate are pressed together by means of hot melt adhesive-based cold compounding: spraying and coating a surface of the first substrate with a hot metal adhesive in a flowable state, feeding the first substrate and the second substrate together into a press roller group, making the hot melt adhesive on the surface of the first substrate face the second substrate, and cold pressing the first substrate, the hot melt adhesive, and the second substrate together by means of the press roller group.

Introduction of resin or epoxy is performed through one of a manual application, a vacuum infusion, or light RTM.

摘要: A sheet processing system includes a sheet processing device and a lamination processing device. The sheet processing device includes a sheet separator that separates a two-ply sheet and inserts an inner sheet between the two-ply sheet to form a first enclosed two-ply sheet. The lamination processing device bonds the first enclosed two-ply sheet, and bonds a second enclosed two-ply sheet in which the inner sheet is inserted outside the sheet separator. The sheet processing system includes a relay conveyor that conveys the first enclosed two-ply sheet from the sheet separator to the lamination processing device attachable to a sheet feeder to directly feed the second enclosed two-ply sheet to the lamination processing device. The sheet processing device includes a cord holder to hold the power cord of the lamination processing device at a position where feeding and ejecting the two-ply sheet after bonding the two-ply sheet are not hindered.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a capsule 12 for holding a substance 14 including providing a capsule body 2 having a closed end 5, an opposed open end 6 and a predetermined length defined between the ends 5, 6; providing a diaphragm 4 having a closed end 7, an opposed open end 8 and a predetermined length defined between the ends 7, 8; partially filling the body 2 with substance 14; inserting the closed end 7 of the diaphragm 4 into the open end 6 of the body 2 such that regions of the body 2 and the diaphragm 4 overlap one another with the open ends of the capsule body 2 and the diaphragm 4 being flush, thereby closing off the open end 6 of the body 2 and defining a chamber 104 within which the substance 14 is held; and heat welding the flush ends of the body 2 and the diaphragm 4 to one another to hermetically seal the chamber 104.

摘要: An insulated metal substrate (IMS) and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The IMS includes an electrically conductive line pattern layer, an encapsulation layer, a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer, and a heat sink element. The encapsulation layer fills a gap between a plurality of electrically conductive lines of the electrically conductive line pattern layer. An upper surface of the encapsulation layer is flush with an upper surface of the electrically conductive line pattern layer. The first and second adhesive layer are disposed between the electrically conductive line pattern layer and the heat sink element. A bonding strength between the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer is greater than 80 kg/cm2.
