摘要: A sole structure for an article of footwear comprises a midsole having four stacked polymeric sheets bonded to one another to define a first cushioning layer, a second cushioning layer, and a third cushioning layer. Each cushioning layer comprises a sealed chamber retaining gas in isolation from each other sealed chamber. Bonds between adjacent ones of the sheets are arranged such that the third cushioning layer is stacked directly above the first cushioning layer with the second cushioning layer bordering both the first cushioning layer and the third cushioning layer, and the sealed chamber of the second cushioning layer includes a plurality of elongated segments each extending lengthwise across a longitudinal midline of the midsole at a respective acute angle to the longitudinal midline.

摘要: The present invention provides a biodegradable multilayer film, a manufacturing method therefor, and an eco-friendly packaging material containing same, the biodegradable multilayer film comprising a base layer and a biodegradable resin layer, wherein the biodegradable resin layer includes a polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) resin, and the thermal bonding strength of the biodegradable resin layer is 0.5 kgf/15 mm to 15 kgf/15 mm, the water permeability is 3 g/m2·atm·day or less, and the oxygen permeability is 10 cc/m2·atm·day or less. The biodegradable multilayer film can be biodegraded in natural conditions such as in soil and in the ocean, can improve barrier properties against moisture and oxygen without including aluminum or nylon materials, and can further improve adhesive properties. As such, the biodegradable multilayer film can be used as a packaging material in various fields such that a high-quality and eco-friendly packaging material is provided.

摘要: Methods and systems for automated placement of composite material on a surface of a component, the composite material including unidirectional fibers, is provided. A set of fiber paths along the surface is established, the set of fiber paths comprising at least one ply, each ply comprising a respective plurality of fiber paths being substantially aligned with a respective direction. An isotropy factor for the component is determined based on the set of fiber paths, the isotropy factor being indicative of a distribution of the plurality of fiber paths on the surface. When the isotropy factor exceeds a predetermined threshold, a respective layer of composite material is applied to the surface of the component using an automated fiber placement machine and for each of the at least one ply, wherein the unidirectional fibers of the composite material are applied along the set of fiber paths.

摘要: A representative sample of a primer and topcoat formulation (as shown in Table 5, for example) were each examined to compare their rheological behavior, with a blend of the topcoat and primer formulation (85% topcoat, 15% primer) used for comparison. The time and temperature dependence of the viscosity was measured on a strain-controlled rheometer using parallel plate geometry in dynamic mode, with an applied strain of 1% and 1 Hz frequency of oscillation. The data is represented as complex viscosity (Pa-s). For the primer and topcoat formulations, sample discs were prepared by compressing 0.3 g of the powder composition in a 13-mm plug mold at 1000 ram force for 15 seconds. Pressing was done at room temperature to avoid premature curing of the powder. The rheometer was set at 70° C. for sample loading. The gap was then set to 0.05 mm below the thickness of the pressed pellet to ensure contact with parallel plates. The temperature of the sample and fixtures were equilibrated for 10 minutes before measurements were taken. The sample temperature was ramped at 5° C./min from 70° C. to 245° C. to examine the rheological behavior as a function of temperature. The resultant curve of complex viscosity versus temperature and is examined to compare the flow behavior of the powder compositions.

The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.
