In one example, the probe includes an additively manufactured backing having a porous matrix and one or more thermal management structures. The porous matrix may attenuate acoustic energy and the one or more thermal management structures may enable a transfer of heat from a front of the probe to a rear of the probe.

摘要: A preparation device for an alloy target includes a material nozzle, a high-energy laser, and a target support substrate, the material nozzle and the high-energy laser are respectively arranged above the target support substrate. The preparation device uses the material nozzle to spray the material powder required for the alloy target to be prepared, the injection efficiency is independently adjusted to achieve the purpose of non-fixed composition of the alloy target, and the spatial position and angle of the material nozzle are independently adjusted to ensure uniform composition and density of the target, the high-energy laser beam generated by the high-energy laser is used to heat the material powder in the spraying area to form a target coating of the required composition, the target support substrate is used to support the target coating formed by the material powder.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional object includes: a first modeling step of extruding a first modeling material to model a raft layer on a modeling surface of a stage; and a second modeling step of extruding a second modeling material and depositing a modeling layer on the raft layer to model an object. The raft layer is separated from the object after the second modeling step is completed. The first modeling step includes at least one of modeling the raft layer by separately modeling a base layer in contact with the modeling surface and a contact layer disposed above the base layer and to come into contact with the object such that at least one of a type of the first modeling material, a depositing pitch, a separation distance in a depositing direction, a modeling pattern, and a condition for layer disposition in a lateral direction is different, and modeling the raft layer by separately modeling a first layer and a second layer arranged in the lateral direction under different modeling conditions.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing a shaped body, wherein, in step i), a layer of an amorphous sinter powder (SP) comprising at least 70% by weight of at least one amorphous polyamide selected from the group consisting of polyamide 6I/6T and polyamide DT/DI is provided, and, in step ii), the layer provided in step i) is selectively sintered. The present invention further relates to a method of producing an amorphous sinter powder (SP) and to an amorphous sinter powder (SP) obtainable by that method. The present invention also relates to use of the amorphous sinter powder (SP) in a sintering method, and to shaped bodies obtainable by the method of the invention.

摘要: A method for producing a molded product formed of foamable plastics particles using a foaming tool for processing the foamable plastics particles, wherein the molded product includes at least one region that forms at least one portion of a cavity. The method for forming the molded product includes introducing pre-foamed plastics particles into the cavity, and processing the pre-foamed plastics particles into the molded product by expanding the pre-foamed plastics particles such that the pre-foamed plastics particles expand in the cavity thereby forming the molded product. At least one part of a surface structure of the at least one region forming a surface of the at least one portion of the cavity is produced by an additive method. The surface structure includes multiple elevations and depressions in the surface of the foaming tool.

The light source, optional heater and/or cooler, and/or the drive assembly have at least one adjustable parameter that is adjustable by said controller. An example method comprises (a) installing a removable window cassette on said apparatus in a configuration through which said light source projects, said window cassette comprising an optically transparent member having a build surface on which an object can be produced, and with said optically transparent member having at least one thermal profile associated therewith; and then (b) modifying said at least one adjustable parameter by said controller based on said at least one thermal profile of said optically transparent member; and then (c) producing the object on said build surface from a light-polymerizable liquid by bottom-up stereolithography.
