摘要： The present invention discloses gripper bar locking apparatus and sheet processing device. In particular, the present invention discloses a gripper bar locking apparatus, which is configured to lock and adjust a position of a gripper bar, comprising: a supporting plate having a distal end and a proximal end; a lever portion, a distal end of which is pivotally mounted on the proximal end of the supporting plate; a cartridge movably mounted on a proximal end of the lever portion and provided with a gripper bar abutment; and an adjusting means provided on the cartridge and configured to adjust a position of the cartridge with respect to the lever portion. Further, the present invention relates to the sheet processing device including the gripper bar. By using the gripper bar locking apparatus, the adjustment of the position of the gripper bar is facilitated.

摘要： A method and a device for the quality inspection and testing of a flat print product. A print product, including at least one structural element, is initially deposited on a support element and illuminated by at least one light source. At least one image of the illuminated print product is generated using at least one image recording unit. An image is also generated of at least one structural element on the support element and a geometric object of the support element is determined from the at least one structural element of the support element. Actual values for the at least one geometric object of the support element are compared to predetermined desired values for this geometric object and the result of the comparison is used for controlling the further processing of the print product.

摘要： Apparatus for removing printing plates (8) having leading and trailing edges located in a lock-up slot in a plate cylinder (2) of a rotary printing press, from said plate cylinder (2) is disclosed. The apparatus comprises means for extracting the trailing edge from a lock-up slot which is also operable to partially extract the leading edge from a lock up slot. The apparatus further includes an extraction member for engaging, as the printing cylinder rotates, a portion of the leading edge (8a) of the printing plate protruding from the lock up slot (9) following its partial extraction, to complete the removal of the printing plates from the printing cylinder and leave the removed plates, hanging by their leading edge (8a), on the extraction member. A method of loading printing plates onto a plate cylinder (2) is also disclosed.

摘要： A device is provided for holding down textile material (on which images or text are to be printed) on the platen of a digital printing machine. The device includes facing flexible rubber pads or seals mounted on the periphery of the platen. The seals have opposed gripping surfaces which touch or have a selected limited spacing there between. The textile material is pushed and tucked in between the seals. The seals grip and hold the material in position, to provide a smooth material surface on which the ink is applied. After the printing operation, the textile material is pulled out from the seal grip.

摘要： A medium support member has a first surface for supporting a print medium and a second surface opposite to said first surface. The medium support member includes a plurality of recesses formed in the first surface and a plurality of protrusions formed in the second surface such that each recess has an associated protrusion opposite thereto. Each recess has an air passage connecting the recess with an interprotrusional space formed between the protrusions. A printing system includes a device for image-wise application of marking material to a print medium, base member and the medium support member. A method of forming the medium support member includes supporting a sheet of base material, pressing a first punch to form the recess and the protrusion in the sheet of base material, and pressing a second punch such that a perforation is applied into the sheet of base material.
