摘要: Disclosed are an optical anti-counterfeiting element and an optical anti-counterfeiting product. The optical anti-counterfeiting element includes: a substrate, wherein the substrate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite each other; a micrographic layer formed on the second surface of the substrate, wherein the micrographic layer includes a micro-graphic-text region showing a preset graphic-text information and a background region, at least part of the micro-graphic-text region or the background region is covered with a small reflection surface, and the small reflection surface is covered with a color modulation structure; and a sampling layer formed on the first surface of the substrate, wherein the sampling layer is configured for sampling the micro-graphic-text layer and composing, with sampled graphics, the preset graphic-text information of a preset color showing a moire magnification effect. A colored anti-counterfeiting feature with a color varying effect showing a moire magnification effect can be generated without coloring.

摘要: A method to remove selected parts of a thin-film material otherwise uniformly deposited over a template is disclosed. The methods rely on a suitable potting material to encapsulate and snatch the deposited material on apexes of the template. The process may yield one and/or two devices during a single process step: (i) thin-film material(s) with micro- and/or nano-perforations defined by the shape of template apexes, and (ii) micro- and/or nano-particles shaped and positioned in the potting material by the design of the template apexes. The devices made from this method may find applications in fabrication of mechanical, chemical, electrical and optical devices.

摘要: A method and system of making a secure financial card with dynamic viewing angles is provided. The secure financial card includes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The financial card includes at least a first portion of indicia and a second portion of the indicia indicative of the card information. The first portion of the indicia and the second portion of the indicia are configured with respective viewing angles and printed on one of the first surface and the second surface. The financial card includes a slide device moveable to different positions associated with different portions of indicia. The slide device allows the respective portion of the indicia to be viewable from different viewing angles. An account number of the financial card is read by rotating the financial card and full card information is unable to be captured by an image of the financial card.
