    摘要: The invention concerns wheel center cap assemblies that include an adapter and a wheel center cap that registers with, or is integral with, the adapter. In some embodiments, the adapter includes tracks and lug sleeves that couple with lugs of the vehicle wheel. Each of the lug sleeves is slidably coupled to each of the tracks of the adapter, and each of the lug sleeves is adapted to move along a length of the tracks; this helps ensure that the adapter is universally compatible with multiple wheel models. In other embodiments, an adapter has a body adapted to be inserted within the center aperture of the wheel. A posterior support registers with the adapter and is sandwiched between a rotor of the vehicle and the wheel to secure the adapter inside the aperture of the wheel; a removable wheel center cap registers with the adapter to adorn the wheel.

    摘要: An aircraft hubcap/wheel cover which uses ambient airflow (120 mph-175 mph) to rotate wheels on the landing gear of an aircraft accomplished by using slightly protruding slats, blades, scoops or other air capturing shapes, (once the landing gear has been lowered). These air capturing shapes are integrated as part of the hubcap/wheel cover during manufacture and are directly determined by ground speed applicable to that aircraft with the ultimate purpose being tire longevity. The wheel cover hubcap is a single piece design and has no moving parts.

    摘要: A wheel drive unit for a vehicle includes a connecting member separably coupled to a constant velocity joint, a hub housing accommodating the constant velocity joint, and a hub cap to seal the hub housing. In particular, a fixing groove is formed around a first end of the constant velocity joint, and the connecting member is fitted in the fixing groove in a ring shape. When the hub cap is separated from the hub housing, the connecting member can be easily disassembled from the constant velocity joint such that inner components of the wheel drive unit can be easily replaced and repaired.
