    摘要: A non-pneumatic tire includes: an inner annular portion; an outer annular portion; a plurality of coupling portions which couple the inner annular portion and the outer annular portion to each other and are provided independently of one another in a tire circumferential direction; at least one annular overall reinforcing layer embedded entirely in the outer annular portion in a tire width direction; and at least one annular partial reinforcing layer embedded only in a part of the outer annular portion in the tire width direction, wherein the outer annular portion includes a connecting region to which the plurality of coupling portions are connected, and a non-connecting region to which the plurality of coupling portions are not connected, in the tire width direction, and wherein the partial reinforcing layer overlaps the non-connecting region in a tire radial direction when viewed from the tire circumferential direction.

    摘要: This non-pneumatic tire is provided with a tread ring, a wheel which is arranged radially inside of the tread ring, and spokes which are interposed between the tread ring and the wheel. Further, the wheel has a disc part to which the vehicle shaft is linked, and a rim part which is connected on the inner peripheral side to the disc part and is joined on the outer peripheral side to the spokes. In this configuration, the average thickness (T1) of the disc part is set to be greater than the average thickness (T2) of the rim part. In other words, the relation T1>T2 holds.

    摘要: A method of assembling spokes into a non-pneumatic tire (10) is provided in which a shear band (16) is located outward from a hub (12) in a radial direction. A segment (20) is present that has a plurality of spokes (22), and both inner and outer radial bonding ends (24, 26). The plurality of spokes (22) engage both of these bonding ends (24, 26). The outer radial bonding end (24) is attached to the shear band (16) using adhesive (28), and the inner radial bonding end (26) is attached to the hub (12) using adhesive (28). This segment (20) extends less than 360 degrees about the central axis (14) in a circumferential direction.
