    摘要: A bogie of a rail vehicle includes a frame, which includes two box-shaped longitudinal beam main bodies and a transverse beam main body; a wheelset, which includes an axle box, an axle and wheels mounted at two ends of the axle; a drive system, which at least includes a gearbox and a drive motor. Practice has proved that the two axle boxes arranged on the inner sides of the two longitudinal beam main bodies can reduce a volume by about 10%, and reduce a weight by about 10% to 15%, which can further reduce air resistance, and realize energy saving and emission reduction. The longitudinal beam main body is located on an inner side of a wheel, a span of the two the longitudinal beam main bodies is reduced, and the torsional rigidity of the frame is reduced, which is beneficial to improving a curve passing capacity.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a rail transport system. The rail transport system includes: a rail, the rail includes a steering portion and a travelling portion, the travelling portion is connected to the steering portion, and a first recess is constructed on the travelling portion to form an escape passage; and a rail vehicle, where the rail vehicle includes bogies and a vehicle body, the bogie movably straddles the rail, the bogie fits in with an inner bottom surface of the escape passage of the travelling portion and the steering portion, and the bogie travels by using the travelling portion and is steered by using the steering portion, and the vehicle body is connected to the bogie and pulled by the bogie to travel along the rail. The rail transport system according to this embodiment of the present disclosure has advantages such as facilitation of evacuation of passengers in an emergency, low costs, small occupied space, small rail weight bearing, and high stability.

    摘要: A railcar bogie includes a bogie frame including a cross beam and supports, the supports disposed at respective car width direction end portions of the cross beam. There are a plurality of axle boxes to accommodate a plurality of bearings supporting a pair of axles, a plate spring extending in a car longitudinal direction and supported by a pair of the axle boxes which are away from each other in the car longitudinal direction among the plurality of axle boxes. The plate spring supports the cross beam while being pressed by the corresponding support from above such that the pressing member is separable from the plate spring. Elastic walls are at both respective sides of the supports in the car longitudinal direction and sandwiched between a lower surface of the bogie frame and an upper surface of the plate spring so as to be compressed.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a track travelling device, comprising a vehicle body, a connection device and two groups of wheels. The two groups of wheels are disposed on two sides of the vehicle body respectively and the wheels comprise rims matched with tracks. One end of the connection device is connected to a bottom of the vehicle body and the other end of the connection device is connected to the wheels. The connection device comprises an elastic member and the elastic member is configured to be deformed under the gravity of the vehicle body to adjust distances between the rims of the two groups of wheels. Under the gravity of the vehicle body, the track travelling device of the present disclosure can closely attach the rims of the wheels to side surfaces of the tracks, thereby preventing the vehicle body from swaying side to side. Meanwhile, the connection device comprises the elastic member for adaption to a change of a track gauge.
