    摘要: An absorbing apparatus includes a shock-absorbing unit that includes a front plate, a rear plate and a shock-absorbing core arranged between the front plate and the rear plate. The apparatus also includes a base connected to the rear plate of the shock-absorbing unit and having a rear plate, and a side shield surrounding at least partially the shock-absorbing core. One end of the side shield is connected to the front plate or the rear plate of the shock-absorbing unit, while the other end of the side shield is spaced-apart from the other of the front plate or the rear plate of the shock-absorbing unit. The base includes an energy absorbing element connected to the rear plate of the shock-absorbing unit and mounted in the rear plate of the base, while the rear plate of the base includes a cutting unit for cutting a surface of the energy absorbing element.

The coupler assembly includes a mounting base, a buffering mechanism, a folding mechanism, and a coupler head, one end of the buffering mechanism is interconnected movably with the mounting base, the other end of the buffering mechanism is provided with a pull rod, the pull rod is provided with a limiting portion, one end of the folding mechanism is interconnected movably with the pull rod, the folding mechanism is provided with a locking part, the locking part movably cooperates with the limiting portion to lock or release the pull rod, and the pull rod is fixed at a stretching position when the limiting portion is locked by the locking part, and is movable between a folding position and the stretching position when the limiting portion is released by the locking part; and one end of the coupler head is interconnected with the other end of the folding mechanism.

    摘要: A coupler telescopic apparatus comprises a housing and a drawbar capable of extending and retracting along the housing, the housing is sleeved outside the drawbar, a limiting block is fixed arranged on an outer side face of the drawbar, a locking ring capable of coming into contact with the limiting block is sleeved inside the housing, and the locking ring is coaxial with the housing and rotatably connected to the housing; a through groove is axially formed on an inner surface of the locking ring, and the through groove correspond to the limiting block in shape, so that the limiting block passes through the through groove when the through groove is aligned with the limiting block, and then an extension of the drawbar is locked by rotating the locking ring to block the limiting block after the extension of the drawbar is completed. The present application can reduce space occupation and has simple structure.

The insert is essentially a block member having at least a portion of an aperture extending therethrough from a front face to a back face.     摘要: A railway car with a slackless drawbar arrangement for unit trainservice and the like is provided and includes a drawbar having a section which is fabricated. The fabricated intermediate section is cut from a section of seamless pipe or tubing or can be fabricated from plate, while the coupling end pieces attached to each end of the shank are cast members made from typical casting methods. The coupling end pieces can be cast into standard fixed or rotatable drawbar ends or even be a combination thereof with rotational capability. The geometric shape of the intermediate section is varied, depending upon the application, so that resistance to torsional or bending loads is maximized. The fabricated shank portion is hollow, as well as part of the body of the coupling end pieces, thereby reducing the railcar's weight and costs to manufacture.

    摘要: A rotary railway drawbar coupler is provided which comprises two elongated shank members each having a convex butt surface at one end and a generally circular butt surface at the other end. The two elongated shanks are positioned between the two railway cars being coupled such that the circular butt ends are adjacent each other. A connecting collar surrounds the circular flange of which the circular butt surface is a part. Each elongated shank may have a longitudinal cavity extending inwardly from the circular butt surface to accommodate a cylindrical bar that extends between the elongated shanks.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for reconditioning a draft gear assembly friction clutch mechanism. The apparatus comprises a generally rectangular substantial flat plate member having at least one protuberance extending outwardly from one side of such plate member. The friction clutch mechanism reconditioning method includes the steps of removing each component of the friction clutch mechanism from an open end of the draft gear housing. Then engaging the plate member with an outer surface of one of the outer stationary plates of the friction clutch mechanism in a position such that the protuberance extends into a recess on the outer surface. Thereafter reassembling the friction clutch mechanism into the open end of the draft gear housing in a position such that an opposite surface of the plate member engages a portion of a wall surface of the housing.
