    摘要: A sequential gear shift system for two-way operated speed change gear units of manually propelled vehicles. Mirrored, spaced-apart lever operators, are provided with increasing lever stroke ratio, and actuate sequentially with twin mirrored one-way multi-tooth rack-clutch mechanisms, that rapidly engage with a shift element and convert linear torque to rotate the shift element in diametrically opposite directions. The rack-clutch mechanisms may be disengaged from the shift element when returning to normal. The actuating may occur via independent hydraulic operation of an actuator. The actuator housing and load bearing axle of the speed change gear hub are selectively, releasably, and coaxially interconnected into a rigid gear system load bearing axle, and may be combined at any angle, and a shift direction is selectively reversible.

    摘要: A system and method for simple transmission of a multi-speed bicycle is provided. A bicycle can have a transmission that can be toggled by a kickback shifting mechanism. A rear wheel hub can support a freewheel having a high speed gear sprocket and a low speed gear sprocket with dedicated chains to create dedicated gear-shifting. Rotating the pedal shaft in the non-drive direction approximately one-quarter rotation can toggle the transmission between the first gear ratio and the second gear ratio with a shifting surface that alternately allows driving engagement of the high speed gear sprocket with the rear wheel driver.

    摘要: The present invention is a chain structure of bicycles, which comprises a plurality of rollers, a plurality of chain sheets and a plurality of chain rollers. Wherein the rollers define a mounting space. Each chain sheet comprises a chain body, a first pivot joint part extending from one end of chain body and to be arranged in the mounting space, a second pivot joint part horizontally extending from the other end of chain body, the second pivot joint part is installed on the roller with the first pivot joint part, wherein the first pivot joint part is in a horizontal position different from chain body, the first pivot joint part defines a rotation space for placing the second pivot joint part of another chain sheet, so that the first pivot joint part and second pivot joint part can rotate a preset angle in the rotation space. When the chain sheets are combined with rollers respectively, the chain bodies remain on the same plane, the chain roller penetrates the second pivot joint part and the first pivot joint part respectively for connecting the roller to the chain sheets on both sides of roller. Thereby, the chain is thinned and the weight is reduced, the tensile strength is increased by thickening the chain sheet.
