摘要: A ski tow for a boat having a tow post and a ski rope connected to the tow post. The ski tow includes a pedestal shaped body having a lowermost foot spaced apart from an uppermost cap by an intermediate die; a camera mount located on the cap and configured for receiving a camera; and a chase extending vertically through the pedestal body and open on both ends. The pedestal shaped body pivots or rotates such that the camera mount remains aligned with the ski rope as a skier connected to the tow rope moves relative to the tow post and moves the tow rope relative to the tow post.

摘要: A multipurpose watercraft has a pair of catamaran pontoons supported by way of a transverse control bar at forward regions thereof. The watercraft may have an arched equipment rack framework extending above rearward regions of the pontoons. The watercraft also has a pair of electric motor thrusters located respectively beneath each pontoon and the control bar comprises a pair of controls operable by hand, each control operable to control a respective thruster forwards or backwards. Alternatively, the thrusters may be remotely controlled. This configuration allows an operator to be pulled behind the control bar horizontally between the pontoons, snorkellers to be pulled behind the watercraft for recreational sightseeing and/or for remote-control rescue operations.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a towline guard device which prevents a towline attached to a wakeboard tower of a boat from catching while pulling a rider. The device includes a coupling located at the distal end of the device. The device further includes a boom assembly connected to the coupling. The coupling further provides a first joint which allows the boom assembly to move in a first axis. The boom assembly may comprise one or more elongated members and one or more towline guides.

摘要: A water sports tow system designed to enhance the experience of wake surfing behind watercraft. It consists of rope(s) assembled into a grasping section and attachment/adjustment section. The tow system is designed to stay in the water while riders are surfing and attaches to the boat, offset to the side of the surfer/rider, so that the surfer may elect to grasp or drop the rope multiple times without interference or entanglement. The attachment method begins at the normal rope pylon on the wake boat tower, then offset is achieved by routing the rope to the side of the tower before extending aft to the surfer. The offset attachment, and length adjustment of the tow system combine to achieve the desired lateral offset for the rope to remain close enough for the rider to reach but out of the rider's way when not in use. The tow system also provides a line to grasp for the surfer to start from still in the water.

摘要: A towable personal flotation device (PFD) is provided that includes a rudder attached to the device so as to extend into the water when the PFD is towed through water. The rudder is positioned, relative to the direction of travel, such that water flowing across the rudder imparts a lateral force to the rudder, causing the PFD to follow a parallel course. Methods are also provided, for delivering the personal flotation device to a person in or across the water.

The tow system is designed to stay in the water while riders are surfing and attaches to the watercraft, offset to the side of the rider, so that the rider may elect to grasp or drop the tow system multiple times without interference or entanglement. The offset and vertical attachment of the tow system, length adjustment, and interaction with the watercraft wake combine to achieve the desired lateral and vertical positioning of the system to remain close enough for the rider to reach, and, out of the rider's way when not in use. The tow system also provides a line to grasp for the surfer to start from still in the water and, due to the offset attachment, assists with rider pick-up.
