    摘要: A tissue graft container is provided having an interior space and including a vent which allows fluid (liquid and vapor) to escape from the container during drying of the tissue graft. The vent may be one or more apertures, one or more elongated openings, or a combination thereof, through one or more components of the container. A tissue graft packaging system having a retainer including first and second members with respective first and second pluralities of channels, and configured to removeably interconnect the first and second members in a closed configuration. The first and second pluralities of channels create a continuous interior space. The retainer further includes a vent, such as apertures, slits, etc., through one or both of the first and second retainers, for allowing moisture to escape from the retainer during the drying of a tissue graft contained within the continuous interior space of the retainer.

Embodiments of the present invention provides a plastic bag with perforations of a particular shape, size, and distribution that renders the bag inoperable of retaining liquids but still operable of holding refuse without rupturing. The combination of the bag composition and the particular arrangement of perforations provides a durable low-cost refuse bag operable of supporting a substantial load without rupturing and inoperable of conducting a controlled fermentation process.

    摘要: The present utility model refers to a bag or a bundle-type packaging suitable to contain cement or other similar material, consisting of at least one sheet of paper wherein the external sides of said sheets are coated with at least one layer of hydrophobic paint.
    This paint transfers water-repellent characteristics to the paper; in this way, both the transmission of moisture/water vapor (WVTR) and the absorption of water (COBB) are significantly reduced.
    In fact, thanks to at least one layer of paint applied externally to the sheets of paper that make up the bag, the water is not retained by the paper, but slips away due to the high surface tension present on the treated paper.
    The barrier effect is thus increased compared to that obtainable from standard bags known in the art, thus guaranteeing the product contained inside the bag a high protection from humidity, even in the absence of intermediate polythene sheets in the manufacture of the bag and, consequently, improving the shelf life of the product contained inside the bag.
    The bag achieves these results even though it has no intermediate plastic layers.

    摘要: The present invention is based on the surprising result that packaging materials comprising at least one moisture modulating agent can significantly reduce moisture loss, physical damage, and/or microbial decay of produce. Inclusion of such moisture modulating agent(s) can provide at least one of the following advantages: (1) less disease development as compared to traditional packaging material; (2) fresher, firmer produce with less rot or defects (for example cracking or splitting); (3) better see-through as compared to traditional packaging material; (4) preventing the humidity inside the bag from coalescing into large drops or even pools of water (i.e., less water accumulation or moisture condensation within the package); and (5) providing sufficient gas transmission of oxygen (O2)/carbon dioxide (CO2) and/or a quality management agent, for example ethylene or 1-MCP, for better quality control during storage at room temperature (shelf life).
