摘要: A sectional panel tank comprises one or more side wads that are joined together in forming the sectional panel tank. One of the side wall comprises a first unit panel having a first extension at a first edge of the first unit panel and a second unit panel having a second extension at a second edge of the second unit panel. By combing the second extension to the second extension, the second unit panel is joined to the first unit panel for providing a continuous surface of the side wall. No gasket is needed between the first extension and the second extension. A method of making the sectional panel tank is also disclosed. A method of making prefabricated unit panels with lining sheets is further disclosed for the sectional panel tank.

摘要: A kit from which a thermally insulated shipping container may be assembled and a thermally insulated shipping container assembled from such a kit. The kit includes an outer shell and four flat stock vacuum insulated panels, each with three articulating sections foldable to form 3-dimensional C-shaped units. The panels are nestable pairs effective for lining a lower portion of the outer shell with a first nested pair and lining an upper portion of the outer shell with a second nested pair so as to form a fully enclosed insulated payload chamber within the outer shell.

摘要: An aircraft water tank includes a conical surface of a skirt portion and a conical surface of an inner liner attached together using an adhesive, with an identical adhesive used in forming a fiber-reinforced resin layer on the inner liner via a filament winding method. When attaching with the adhesive, the adhesive is expelled at the outer circumferential edge of the skirt portion from between the conical surface of the skirt portion and the conical surface of the inner liner. Reinforcement fibers are applied on top of the protruding adhesive, and the adhesive impregnates into the reinforcement fibers. The protruding adhesive and the reinforcement fibers form a reinforcing member which connects a uniform stress surface of the skirt portion to a uniform stress surface of the inner liner located radially outward of the skirt portion.

摘要: A vehicle and liner assembly that includes a recreational vehicle having a housing, a front end, a rear end, a top, a bottom, and a pair of sidewalls. A frame assembly is provided wherein, the housing is mounted on and supported by the frame assembly. The liner is attached to the frame assembly and covers at least a substantial portion of the bottom of the housing. The liner has a first face having projections extending therefrom and a second face having openings therein. The openings coincide with and extend into corresponding projections on the first face. In another embodiment of the invention, a trailer and liner combination, is provided that includes a vehicle having a housing with a front end, a rear end, a top, a bottom, a pair of sidewalls, and a door providing access to a cargo area defined by the housing.

摘要: A method of transporting waxy crude hydrocarbon includes: providing a container having an internal chamber with at least one port for receiving flowable waxy crude, wherein the container is provided at a refinery location; filling the internal chamber of the container with a filling system for loading the waxy crude hydrocarbon into the container; allowing the waxy crude hydrocarbon to cool and solidify into a non-flowable state; transporting the container having the non-flowable waxy crude hydrocarbon with at least one transport vehicle, wherein the transporting is performed without actively heating the waxy crude hydrocarbon with an active heating system, wherein the transporting is along a transportation route having a beginning at the refinery location and an ending; heating the waxy crude hydrocarbon at the ending of the transportation route until flowable; and removing the flowable waxy crude hydrocarbon from the container with an emptying system.
