The conveying device includes: a first support frame (1); a first conveying mechanism (2) and a second conveying mechanism (3) which are installed on the first support frame; and a switching mechanism (4) configured to selectively lift the first conveying mechanism or the second conveying mechanism in a vertical direction, such that the first conveying mechanism or the second conveying mechanism carries goods (401) and conveys the goods in a first horizontal direction or a second horizontal direction different from the first horizontal direction. The conveying device may achieve a positioning and a smooth continuous conveying of goods, and achieve a smooth conveying and a calibrated positioning of the goods in different postures.

摘要: An assembly includes a frame and a conveyor mat configured to transition between a retracted state in which the conveyor mat is disposed within a footprint of the frame, and a deployed state in which the conveyor mat is disposed at least partially disposed outside the footprint of the frame. The conveyor mat has a plurality of linkages, a plurality of rollers, a plurality of supports, and a plurality of axles. Individual axles couple to individual linkages of the plurality of linkages, individual rollers of the plurality of rollers, and individual supports of the plurality of supports together. A tensioning system is configured to control the conveyor mat transitioning between the retracted state and the deployed state.

摘要: A lane divider system includes a guide rail and a bracket for connecting the guide rail to a flow bed. The guide rail can be tubular, with a proximal end of a bracket inserted into each end of the tube. A flexible, compressible sleeve can be installed at each end of the tube where the proximal end of the bracket, are inserted into the tube. The tube and bracket being inserted should be closely dimensioned to fit securely. By providing a compliant sleeve, the security of the connection with the tube can be enhanced.

摘要: A lane divider system includes a guide rail and a lane divider bracket for connecting the guide rail to the loading and unloading ends of a flow bed. The guide rail can be tubular, with a proximal end of the bracket inserted into each end of the tube. Retention devices for releasably securing the distal ends of brackets to the loading and unloading ends of the flow bed can include a pin, inserted through an opening in the distal end of the bracket, beneath where the bracket is inserted through the flow bed. Preferred pins can include a handle portion for inserting and pulling the pin out of the opening in the locking structure, such as a split cotter pin, resilient projection, spring clip and the like, to resist the unintentional withdrawal of the pin from the end of the lane divider.

摘要: A railcar loading system utilizing roller ball track assemblies, or the like, in the center to enable cargo to be moved thereover in any direction (moving cargo in/out and within the railcar). Powered movement devices (e.g., rollers, conveyors) are utilized in the center to assist in movement of cargo in/out or within the railcar. Roller track assemblies, or the like, are utilized on sides of railcar to move cargo to/from the sides. Airbags may be utilized in track assemblies and powered movement devices to raise devices up when activated. Railcar may include an air connector on each side to provide air to solenoid valve that routes air to appropriate airbags. Cargo table is used to move cargo from cargo bay to railcar. Wireless controller may be used to control railcar and table including what tracks are raised and direction cargo is to be moved (what powered movements devices are operational).

摘要: A pop-up wheel device for use in material handling equipment. In one embodiment, the pop-up wheel device includes a housing, which is a can of generally track-shaped transverse cross-section. A nipple is mounted in the housing bottom to permit fluid under pressure to pass to and from the interior of the housing. A cap, which includes a central opening, is positioned over and is secured to the housing. A piston is slidably mounted within the housing between a lower position and an upper position. A seal is fitted around a lower portion of the piston and creates an air-tight chamber between the piston and the housing. A spring biases the piston towards the lower position. A wheel that is freely rotatable in one direction is coupled to the piston using a wheel mount. The wheel may be removed from the wheel mount without removing the cap from the housing.
