摘要: The invention relates to a device for assembling or disassembling rows of parcels such as boxes and stacking or de-stacking these rows of parcels into or from a space, such as a container. The device of the invention comprises a transport conveyor to maneuver goods from or to the space, a stacking conveyor (300) positioned adjacent to the transport conveyor to align the parcels in a row or to break up a row of parcels, a pusher system (500) associated with the stacking conveyor (300) to push the row of parcels of the stacking conveyor, a loading arm (200) for sending and/or receiving, for transferring and stacking the row of parcels pushed off the stacking conveyor (300) in the space or pick a row of parcels from the space and transfer this row of parcels to the stacking conveyor (300).

摘要: A system for detecting parcel engagement and classifying parcels includes: a robot configured to engage and transfer parcels; one or more microphones configured to obtain sound recordings (audio data) and positioned to obtain audio data corresponding to the robot engaging a parcel for transfer; and a control subsystem. The control subsystem includes a controller which receives and processes the audio data obtained by the one or more microphones to detect engagement of the robot with the parcel and to classify a characteristic of the parcel, such as parcel type. The robot can be a vacuum-based end effector, with the one or more microphones a component thereof. A method for classifying parcels is also disclosed.

摘要: A substrate transfer apparatus includes a body portion having a holding region on a surface thereof corresponding to a substrate. The body portion moves so that the surface thereof approaches the substrate up to at least a first distance. A plurality of vacuum holes are distributed in the holding region and form negative pressure to provide suction force to the substrate disposed at the first distance. At least some of the plurality of vacuum holes are disposed at equal intervals at an edge of the holding region and have the same width. A plurality of air holes are distributed in the holding region and form positive pressure to provide a buoyancy force to the substrate close to the holding region at a second distance smaller than the first distance.

摘要: A reversing system for reversing a packing box, an upper surface of which is opened, and from which products are withdrawn, such that a lower surface of the reversed empty packing box is disposed above. A first conveyor transfers an empty packing box, an upper surface of which is opened, from a position at which products are withdrawn from the packing box to a position at which the packing box is reversed. A turning device holds the packing box to be turned about a horizontal rotation axis, and reverses the packing box. A second conveyor carries the reversed packing box to a position at which the bottom surface is opened. The turning device holds two sides, facing each other, among sides of the packing box, and turns and reverses the packing box using a portion between the holding locations of the two held sides as a rotation axis.

摘要: A system for removing a product-packing film from a product having an axis in a longitudinal direction. The packing film surrounds lateral portions of the product. A first end of the packing film surrounding a first longitudinal end of the product is open. A second end of the packing film surrounding a second end of the product opposite the first end of the product is closed. In the system, a conveyor carries a plurality of products each packed with a packing film in a direction perpendicular to the axes of the products while supporting the products such that the axes of the products are parallel to each other. A suction unit draws the first end of the packing film in an axial direction of each of the products. A clamping unit clamps the first end of the packing film drawn by the suction unit.

Planar movers cooperate magnetically with stators to pick products provided on an infeed and place them in a pattern on an outfeed system, wherein the movers having a clamp having at least two opposing clamping surfaces whose relative positions are continuously adjustable by a force from an object external to the mover and the stator. Sensors and controllers cooperate to precisely move the movers on the stator, particularly as a group, for the movers to pick respective products at respective picking locations. Some systems permit packaging of multiple products.

摘要: Conventionally, most equipment manipulating object have been huge with rotatable pivot platforms, multiple roller conveyors, telescopic boom conveyors, hydraulic cranes, etc. These systems may have higher lifecycle cost due to their size and bill of materials (BoM) count and have limited themselves to handling either loading or unloading and lack to perform both the operations. Present disclosure provides apparatus for organized loading and unloading of objects. The apparatus addresses the issue of single equipment for both loading, unloading, and further automatically organizes the objects in bulk thus ensuring safety, without damages. The objects are placed optimally while being unloaded onto pallets or other carriers. While loading into a container, the objects are loaded to a greater fill volume. These operations of multiple objects handling in one go are enabled through various belt conveyors, manipulators, vacuum generators, suction panels, object gripping and conveying platforms, and object gripping systems.

摘要: A system for storing and handling small piece goods is provided. The system includes a plurality of horizontal storage surfaces for storing the small piece goods and a gripper. A picking device for small piece goods is also provided.
