摘要: A reeling device includes: a left spool body; a right spool body; and a yarn transfer mechanism. A first rotation axis of the left spool body and a second rotation axis of the right spool body are parallel to each other, and a position of the left spool body around which the yarn-shaped body is to be wound and a position of the right spool body around which the yarn-shaped body is to be wound are arranged side by side on a first imaginary plane orthogonal to the first rotation axis and the second rotation axis. After a hollow yarn collection is formed in the left spool body, a yarn-shaped body leading portion of the yarn transfer mechanism moves the yarn-shaped body from the left spool body to the right spool body along the first imaginary plane.

摘要: A spinning reel includes a reel body, a rotor, a spool shaft, and a drive body. The drive body has a shaft, a first gear disposed on the shaft for rotating the rotor, and a second gear disposed on the shaft for moving the spool shaft. The shaft, the first gear, and the second gear are integrally formed by forging. The first gear includes a first disk part disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the shaft, and a first tooth part protruding axially from the first disk part. The second gear includes a second disk part disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft to be spaced apart from the first disk part, and a second tooth part protruding from the second disk part radially away from an axis of the shaft. The second tooth part has a tip diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the first tooth part.

Each of the guide members includes two side walls and guide portions fixed between the two side walls. As the guide portions, a first guide portion having a first guide surface and a second guide portion having a second guide surface and provided downstream of the first guide portion are provided. In the height direction, the first guide surface is oriented to one side. The second guide surface is oriented to the other side in the height direction and provided on the other side of the first guide surface.

摘要: The present invention provides a metal strip coil that can suppress a shape failure at an end portion of the coil. A metal strip coil including a metal strip wound around a winding core, wherein the metal strip is wound from one end side toward the other end side of the winding core, turns back at the other end portion, is wound from the other end side toward the one end side of the winding core, turns back at the one end portion, and is repeatedly wound in such a manner, wherein in the turnback, the metal strip has a turnback portion at which the metal strip is wound in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the winding core, in a side view of the metal strip coil, the turnback portion is arcuate, and the turnback portions are formed in a multistage manner from the inner circumference toward the outer circumference, and a line connecting a midpoint of the arcuate arc with the center of the arc is formed so as to rotate stepwise in one direction, in an order of the arcuate turnback portions which are formed in a multistage manner from the inner circumference to the outer circumference.

摘要: A winding apparatus for a coil component in which wires are wound around a core. The winding apparatus includes a wire position support including wire route holes in which the wires are inserted, a wire feeder that feeds the wires to the wire position support such that tension is applied to the wires, a winding driver that orbitally revolves the wire position support around the core such that the wires are wound around the core while twisted, a rotator that rotates the core, and a controller that controls the winding driver and the rotator. The controller controls a rotation direction of the core with regard to an orbital revolution direction of the wire position support and an orbital revolution speed of the wire position support to prevent generation of a kink of a wire between a wire feeder and the wire position support.

摘要: In one embodiment, a system for imparting a force during operation of a wire bobbin comprises a main shaft for receiving a wire bobbin, and a brake element operably coupled to the main shaft. The system may further comprise an adjustment assembly comprising an adjustment block and at least one adjustment spring, wherein the at least one adjustment spring is biased to provide a force on the adjustment block in a vertically-upward direction. The adjustment block may be operably coupled to the main shaft, such that a mass of the main shaft imposed upon the adjustment block combined with resistance of the at least one adjustment spring determines a vertical position of the main shaft and the brake element. A brake assembly may provide a brake force on the brake element, wherein the brake force is imparted to the main shaft via the brake element.
